This system is great and works better than anything out there. It was a bit overpriced for sure, especially if you decide to finance it because I believe you end up paying 3 times the original price for it if you do, but it's really a great system. A *very important* tip though: KNOW THE TECHNOLOGY AND SOFT WATER PROCESS BEFORE PURCHASING IT!! Do your own research! There are always a lot of individuals who do no prior independent research before purchasing this system, or a lot of other things for that matter, who end up regretting the purchase because they did not know how it would impact them long-term. If you have old plumbing, appliances, etc, you will have to be aware that those items may need replaced within the first couple years of ownership. Soft water breaks down scales inside plumbing and related appliances, so you have to keep that in mind before purchasing. If you don't, unfortunately you may regret the purchase because you bought something you knew nothing about (and the salesman's sales pitch does not fully count for education on the process). Bottom line, benefits FAR outweigh the downsides of owning this system. Plus it will help keep you looking younger when you use soft water versus hard water!! :)

The Iconics systems are junk. Plain and simple. A tremendous rip-off. They are nice and shiny, according to their sales reps, "NASA uses them". Don't fall for it, unless you have no problem with parting with your hard earned money, to a company that cares not about a good product, and sales people looking to make a commission no matter what it takes. Mine is collecting dust in the basement, and was broken by the "qualified service techs" for nearly 5 years now.
