When we had our first child, we wanted an all encompassing travel system to take our son from his baby carrier to his pushchair, and from his car seat to my shopping trolley - and that's exactly what we got. We spent a fair amount of money, but I feel we got our money's worth! This travel "system" is lightweight and as it is made of heavy duty plastic, it was "quiet" on the gravel pathways around out house. The stroller was easy to erect, I simply took it out of the back of the car and dropped it while holding onto the handles. It was superbly convenient. The baby carrier is, in itself, a car seat which latches onto a base which remains in the car. You just press the button to release the latch and you simply lift out the carrier and pop it onto your easily erected stroller (all while baby is still sleeping). It is possible to slightly adjust the angle of the base for when your baby gets slightly older and is a little more adept at sitting up better. If I had to be critical, the seat covers were a bit bothersome to remove for cleaning because it meant you had to remove all the seat belts and then un-feed the covers. Between removing the covers and washing, drying and replacing the belts and covers, it was an all-day job which probably didn't happen as often as it should. Never the less, the whole travel system lasted two children before we gave it away to another grateful family.
