I got a Gold's Gym Power Spin 200U off craig's list to replace a previous bike.  It's an upright bike.  The display is very easy to read and the bike comes with 8 built-in programs that are easy to use.  There is a monitor that shows if you are using the correct speed while you use the program.  The bike offers different resistance levels to make your workout harder or easier.  The bike also has a pulse measurer with sensors on the handle bars.  The monitor also displays the speed, time and calories burned.  My only problem with this bike is that the seat is very, very uncomfortable.  In fact, you can get quite a cheap thrill from this bike because certain body parts go numb after a while and when you get up the blood rushes back to those areas.  I usually throw a blanket over the seat and that helps some.  If the seat was more comfortable then this would be a really great bike.  But it is nice that you can adjust the height of the seat.
