We have bought 2 of these units. The second one was only to update the first. We have found this dishwasher to be the best on the market for all the important reasons which will be explained below. Noise Level This was one of the features that sets this unit apart from all others. It is so quiet you don't know that it is running. That goes for all cycles, including the pots and pans ccycle. Cleaning Time You have choices of cleaning time. A light wash or a regular wash. Both of them are fast and the cycle runs maybe 20 minutes to 1/2 hour depending on the cycle and if you choose the drying cycle. Loading Flexibility You can load your dishes many ways in this unit and they will get clean. My husband is not as fussy as me as I like to put the glasses on top, the bowls and plates on the bottom. If it is organized right the pots and pans fit nicely on top. But it is really up to you. Performance This unit performs extremely well. The dishes come clean every time no matter how you load it. We run Jet Dry through it monthly to keep it clean. Design This unit has been designed very well for dish placement as well as it looks good in the kitchen Durability We have had this unit for over 7 years and there isn't a mark on it. The material used to make it is very strong.
