I give it this rating because it appears the cycles are so very long. I'm not exactly sure I like the touch buttons on the door where they are located because I keep hitting them by mistake when I open and close the door as they appear to be easy to touch. Noise Level You barely know it is running even when the water is running and the wash cycle is going. I have to stop for a minute to really listen to see if it is still running. Cleaning Time The washing cycles are much longer than I was aware when we were looking for a new dishwasher and you can't really tell the progress in the washing cycle. The first time I used it I put it on the Automatic cycle and it must have run for almost three hours. Loading Flexibility There is plenty of room and ways to load Performance I think it cleans just fine but then I haven't used it a whole lot yet Design Not sure I like having the touch controls on the front because I keep hitting them when I open and close the door Durability Again it is only two of us so we do not use it as much as a large family would
