I bought one watch 8 month ago and it was rated to be water resistant to 100 meters but it flooded in the shower after about 2 weeks. I sent it back to be serviced via Metro Service Center and after about 2 weeks I got the same watch back with no water in it. This time I was careful with the watch and took it off before it would get wet (swimming, showering, etc.) and about a month after this one was received, there was fog forming on the inside of the watch. Apparently this watch is not even sealed enough to keep humid weather out. Eventually the fog condensed enough to form droplets and stain the inside of the face so I sent this one back too. This time Metro Service Center sent me the same watch back again with no water damage and a note that said that the watch was tested for water resistance to 100m. Great. Finally I have a watch that is water tight right? Wrong. Again, moisture accumulated from daily use and condensed on the inside of the watch face. I sent this watch and asked for a different model completely. They were generous and gave me the value of the watch plus a whopping $10 in store credit to use at Fossil. I just got the new watch (model CH2945) about 3 days ago and I loved it. This morning however, I noticed a slight rattling sound and noticed that a marker for one of the hours has come off and is not sliding around on the inside of the face and is hitting the hands and messing up the time that is displays. I am now fighting for a refund of the original purchase because I do not want to send this one back in another 3 times to no avail. I am done with Fossil. To summarize. I bought a watch, had to send it back 3 times and it was never fixed. I had that watch replaced by a new model and it broke after 3 days of use. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Ease of Use Cannot use it if it does not work. Customer Service I hate that I had to deal with the customer service so many times but the people were helpful and friendly at least.

A few months ago I wanted to upgrade my watch that had broken, and I was looking for something a little bit more classy. I was able to find a watch on fossil.com that matched what I was looking for, and I have been pleased with it ever since then. I would certainly come back here again the next time I am looking for a watch, and I would highly recommend this site to others. Ease of Use The categories of the site are a bit tricky to understand until you get used to them. I had a style in mind that I was looking for, but I had to search through a couple categories before I found the category where they classified it (to me, it would have fit logically in the other categories first). Product Pricing These watches are classier, so they are more expensive. I don't mind paying a little bit more for good quality, but it would be nice if they at least ran sales a little more often. But they are connected to some shop-and-earn opportunities through other companies, so if you use one of them, the price becomes more reasonable.

Fossil.com is an amazing website that has so much more than just watches, which is what you might think when you initially hear "Fossil." I always associated Fossil with only watches, because I always had Fossil brand watches growing up. Once I went onto the website, I learned they carry so many other things, such as sunglasses, handbags, jewelry, wallets for men, etc. The website is really clear and neatly organized. The front page is cool, easy to navigate, with clearly marked labels of each category on the side. You get free shipping over $100, and shipping is very fast. I ordered some sunglasses from Fossil.com for my wedding and they literally arrived to me within a couple days. Overall I think they carry great products at really affordable prices. The website is pleasing to shop around on and I will continue to shop here because I think the products are fun! Ease of Use It's nicely categorized with clear pictures of every item. Product Selection Fossil.com really has a LOT of merchandise, and it's so much more than just watches! I have several items I've found and fallen in love with, I first purchased a watch and absolutely love it...I wear it everyday, it's water resistant and very fashionable and is just the best quality. I then purchased an absolutely beautiful leather purse which just naturally lead to a matching leather wallet....These Items are all of such great quality I just want to have everything FOSSIL...I highly recommend this brand to anyone and everyone.

I've always seen fossil products around at certain upscale department store and have always admired, which led me to check out their website from time to time to see what style they have. The website is just as great, but everything in one spot. And I don't really see too many fossil stores around. Normally you see them in department stores but that's not the list of items they have. That's why the website is great to take a look at everything they have without having to search around for a store. The price isn't too expensive. There's lots of items under $50 that are of very high quality and unique. I really love their handbags of all sizes, but most are above what I would pay . But I really like their carryall cases. Little clutch-like purses with a zipper to carry your cell phone and money with a nice little handle. I also would definitely spend $78 on their adorable crossbody purses. That might be Christmas to myself this year... Fossil is also known for their excellent line of watches. They're all available online, as well as create your own watch option, which I think is neat. Even though the price is somewhat high, they still have a sale section, as well as deals for the holidays. So if you keep any eye out, you could definitely find a good deal.

I only got one of the watches but their customer service contacted me well in time via email and let me know that they were going to ship only one watch due to some quality check issues. I love this site because I always feel like I get much better deals by going directly to the site vs going to a retail store that sells Fossil. Fossil.com offers great promotions and it is also nice to see the full collection in one place. I know that most retail stores have some Fossil pieces here and there but they just don't have everything that Fossil has to offer. I find that their website is quite slow and lags greatly. When I search for the products, it takes forever to load, even after several minutes. I don't have any ad block on or no script at all, so it baffles me to see why it's like this way. Eventually it does load, after 5 minutes, but then my interest is nearly half gone. Fossil products are decent and they are beater watches or glasses that gets the job done. It's not something that is fancy at all, but will last the wear and tare of daily use. The problem that I have is that their online website is not something to be proud of at all. The customer service is a bit frustrating and a bit rude. My item was charged a second time, so it was a duplicate purchase. However, it was a painful experience to get this resolved at all. I shop a lot online and this is one of the worse customer experiences ever. I suggest that you purchase their items from a different outlet than their official website
