Degree Natureffects honeysuckle + tea tree oil confuses my nose.
Degree Natureffects Invisible Solid Honeysuckle + Tea Tree Oil Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant seemed to have such an odd combination of ingredients that I just had to satisfy my curiosity by trying it (of course, having a coupon helped). I must say, the scent strikes me as odd. At first, it irked me, seeming somewhat reminiscent of insect repellent (but only to a light degree). However, upon further sniffing for the purpose of writing this review, it does not seem offensive. I guess I am just not a fan of the tea tree oil scent. Okay, combined with the honeysuckle scent to offset its pungent nature, it renders it tolerable, in a balanced-out way. I'm just not sure that it's worth more money than other scents and variations of Degree Antiperspirant & Deodorant. The label claims that the product's "fragrance ingredients fight odor". Okay, but what if the odor of the deodorant itself is one that the consumer feels the need to fight? I am undecided about this product. It has its good points and bad. Mainly, it just confuses my nose and my pocketbook. Kudos to Degree, though, for attempting a "natural" approach to their Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant scents. I'm just not convinced that this is the right scent for me. Still, it blocks body odor, so you have to give it some points.
