Buyer beware for sure.

I came across this website when I searched for as seen of tv products. When I first started looking through the products that they had in stock I was kinda impressed. They had a pretty good selection, and prices seemed pretty good.

After debating it for a little bit I finally placed an order. It was for a couple of those spill proof snack things for toddlers.

The charge went through fine and I was promised that I would get them in 3-7 business days.

That was a lie. Two weeks later and I still didn't have the product. So I spent fifteen minutes on the phone with them Where they apologized and offered me a gift card for my troubles.

I haven't used the gift card yet, but I did finally get my first order six weeks after that phone call to customer service and eight weeks after placing the actual order.

The Only reason that they get anything more than a score of 1/10 is because I actually got my order-albeit late and because customer service was nice.

You are unlikely to get what you ordered

Buyers beware of this online shopping site. It's really actually quite the let down because they have really great items that they feature in their store. The main issue comes down to the customer service, shipping and mastery of the order. None of those things are things they do well at all. I placed an order for a few items and that's when the trouble started. I was sent the wrong items to begin with. After that, I could not get in contact with customer service no matter how hard I seemed to try, there was always some issue. They explained that I would have to pay for the return shipping for an order that they got wrong. I was definetely not in agreement with that. After contacting my credit card company and finding out how much of an inconvenience it would be to file a charge back I ended up keeping he wrong items and resolved to never purchase anything from the site again and that is exactly what I intend to do.

Beware of ordering from this website!

**BEWARE OF ORDERING FROM THIS WEBSITE**

 

** **I found this website while searching for the "snuggie" - you know, that blanket with arms?!?  Well this site had a "knockoff" verision for half the price and was offering buy one, get one free. 

I easily ordered from their website - 3 SAGE GREEN, and would receive 3 SAGE GREEN free.

 The order was placed on 2/20/09 and shipped on 2/24/09.  I didn't receive the order until 3/4/09.  The order was incorrect - they had sent 6 ROYAL BLUE.  Not such a big deal but my girls specifically asked for green.  I wanted to return but not at my expense, since I had already paid for shipping.

I tried contacting their customer service via email (5 times) and phone calls (5 times).  I never got a response to any email and each time I called I was put on hold to only be eventually disconnected.  On my 6th email I finally got a vague response about contacting Fed Ex to refuse delivery.  I had to call Fed Ex and they are finally sending a call tag to pick up at the vendor's expense.

 BOTTOM LINE - the customer service at Your Store Online is VERY POOR.  I've asked for a refund but I'm sure that I will not get a refund on the original shipping.  Lesson learned - I will never order from this site again.
