Great learning tool for children.

5

I bought this for my son when he was 4. I hoped that he wouldn't outgrow it to quickly because he likes other games on playstation now also, but to my surprise he will be 6 this year and still loves his innotab. He knows how to work it better than me. He loves that he can record his own videos and take pictures, and paint. Also there are so many different apps you can download to it online. Personally I like the learning apps the best but there are so many to choose from. It is very lightweight and comes with headphones so I dont always have to hear the game. It has lasted for almost 2 years with a young boy so it is obviously very durable and able to withstand being dropped occasionally. i love getting on it and watching the videos that he recorded by himself two years ago. Great way to keep some memories also. I would would recommend an Innotab for any child.

Decent Product

My child got this for their 2nd birthday. It was very simple for him to learn. It has a camera which you can move to front-facing as well. They can take pictures, videos, play games, and it comes with an app for painting. I have not bought any of the games for it yet, but I will as he gets older and can understand how to play them. The only negative thing about the Innotab is be prepared to stock up on batteries! It eats through them like crazy! Other then that, nice product!

we bought our children these for Christmas, it is so good. so many free apps and the price was very affordable. We bought other games at discounted prices but its worth it. Its a good idea to invest in a rechargeable battery pack if you plan to use these on trips that way the kids can enjoy it for a long time without needing an outlet. Its very compact and so easy even my 2 year can use his with no problem

I love the Vtech Inno Tab. I bought it for my 2-year-old grandson. It is of the same quality as the similar Leap Pad product, but it is a far better bargain. My grandson was not talking very much before we got him this product. He loves the games and activities it offers. The accompanying software is reasonably priced and dynamic enough to really capture and retain his attention. The software features characters like Dora the Explorer and Thomas the Train. These characters are recognized and adored by him. He has learned many new words since we bought this for him. He actually carries it around 24/7. We jokingly call it his briefcase for work:) This product also gives us a chance to keep him occupied while in the car on long road trips. I would advise any family to invest in this product! It truly is a remarkable, educational, dynamic toy. I also love the fact that the educational games and programs can grow with him as he matures.

My son loves his Innotab.

I bought the Vtech Innotab when my son was 3. (He is now 4.) He uses it every day. He loves playing games and taking pictures/videos. My son doesn't like to sit still for long so teaching him can be difficult at times. The great thing about the Innotab is that the games are teaching him, without him even realizing it. He just thinks he's playing a fun game. :) We have all the games (aside from the girly ones) :) and I hope they keep coming out with more. My son has dropped this a couple of times (before I bought him the accessory pack to help protect it) and it still works great. I would recommend the Vtech Innotab to anyone with young children.

Nice tablet

We bought his for our little boy that is 4 years old and he loves it. It's very easy to operate and he can turn it on and get started on a game himself. It does suck batteries thought very badly so unless you want to buy the wall charger I would recommend purchasing a set of rechargeable batteries.

Great fun for our 3 year old...Drains batteries!

Our 3 year old has and loves the Innotab. The games and apps on it are age appropriate, and fun without being maddening to the parents. We have found that it drains batteries quickly, and as such we purchased the AC adaptor to save on cost of tens of batteries. This has been great for the car, and great for her to learn letters, numbers, and how to play various "paint" games using a touch screen.

Innotab 1

I bought this last year for my daughters. Even though they were very gentle with them, they did not last long at all. After a few months the thing in the back that pulls out to sit it up broke off and the cover for where the batteries go broke also, with having to take batteries out to recharge so often. I bought the charging cord for it and it NEVER charges the batteries. One is a complete loss, keeps shutting off even with new fresh batteries installed. I seen the new Innotab 2 but refused to get it and update theirs with so much trouble with the first. Not a good buy for what I paid for it.
