Quick View: I am not on a diet but I need to eat healthier. I picked up some of these bars because they sounded good and had a good amount of vitamins in them. I am not surprised that of the many available Slimfast bars, just this one variety was singled out.  True confession - I have been addicted to them for almost 2 years now.  I think the taste is great and would happily replace a candy bar with a couple of these (have to admit that one is never enough).  Biggest problem for me is that I tend to binge on them!  As the warning on the packaging  states ..."excessive comsumption may cause diarhea", well I can attest to the fact that it is true so I happily combine it with a dose or 2 of Imodium.  I know this is a clear… read full review »

I actually found a box of it at Biglots, and it only cost me 2.00$. Im a full time student and i have a hard time waking up in the morning to eat a decent meal, i would grab two, one for breakfast and another for lunch and they were good! the chocolate chip ones are great, they were heavy on the stomach but nothing to make you feel sick. I love these - I literally love them enough to eat one every day for breakfast.
