With Idahoan Baby Reds ready-mix potatoes, there's no more spending all the time it takes to peel and/or cut baby reds.  And, there is no compromising flavor.

My family is made-up of all meat an potatoe eaters.   I have peeled enough potatoes in life to supply a days worth of french fries at a local fast food place.

I saw the instant potatoes a few years ago when they were introduced at my local market.  Growing up with bad memories of instant potatoes, I was hesitant about purchasing them. Quite honestly, I would not have even tried them, except they had a ridiculously low price as an introductory...

I tried these at Costco one day from the ladies that hand out samples.  It always tastes good in the store, but different when you get it home.

But they're pretty good.  They couldn't be easier to prepare.  Boil 2 cups of water, pour in a 4.1 ounce package of flakes, stir, let sit for 5 minutes, serve. 

There is artificial butter in these flakes so even though it doesn't say so, I add a pat or 2 of real butter to mask the artificial taste.

Otherwise the potatoes are tasty and different.  They have bits of the red skin mixed in with them and it gives them an interesting look and a little bit...

Idahoan Baby Reds flavored mashed potatoes are easy, great-tasting and hopefully even have some fiber!  Even my husband, not an instant mashed fan, liked them quite well!

Best instant potatoes I have ever tried. Easy to prepare. Great taste.
