The Rock Fitness treadmill is a manual machine with a perfect incline. A very sturdy structure with a safe and nice looking design.It is black and white so it looks good anywhere and goes with any decor. It folds up to be stored away or for moving from place to place. It is light enough to be carried by one person and moves aside for cleaning around it or just moving it.  We researched many treadmills and feel lucky to have been able to acquire this one. It had a previous owner and was well used but recently retired to the garage. We needed a mode of indoor exercise this winter and decided to give it a try. I had planned to fold it up and get it out of the way each day after using it, however I enjoyed having it right out in front of the window to insure that I would use it while enjoying my snowy cold view. It worked out very well for us. I even got my two cats to walk on it for some indoor exercise. It has a battery operated heart rate monitor along with distance meter to let you know how many miles you walk. We did not get a users manual with this but it seems to be very self explanatory. I am looking forward to spring and taking a real walk outside, however this Rock Fitness treadmill will still have a very deserving place of it's own within our small living space. I have grown quite attached to it and I like it's look. It has become part of our new live style and a healthy addition I am sure.
