I have had this treadmill for going on ten years and it is still in perfect condition. They do not make them like this anymore and I wish they did! This has some wonderful features and I will be sad the day it goes out on me. It has several pre-set workouts, you can select either by time or calories you want to burn. I like that you can enter your current weight so it can accurately figure out calories burned. It has a built in fan which is great when you are all hot and sweaty. The incline goes to up to 10% and the speed goes up to ten. It also has two built in cup holders and the base folds up for easy storage. I use this all the time and it gives me a great work out. Performance Has held up to ten years of use and the motor still runs like new! Comfort It has two options if you need to hold on. The front panel as two hand holders that also take your pulse or you can hold on to the side bars. The tread runs smooth for less stress on the knees and back. Ease of Use Just turn it on and select a program or set the speed and incline you prefer. Easy as that. The buttons are all very self explanatory and easy to use even while you are on it. Durability This treadmill has been disassembled for two moves and still works great. Design It is big, even folded up it is big. I do not even attempt to store mine out of the way, I just leave it in the basement where I work out.

Since we acquired our Pro Form 760 EKG my life has changed for the better.  Now I look forward to "walking" on the treadmill.  The speed has so many incremental variable speeds, it makes it easy to travel at the speed I want to go.  I can follow my progress with the many different windows.  The progress lights provide  my progress as if I were doing laps around a walking track.  That feature provides a lot of feedback that motivates and encourages me to keep walking.  When I want to run, or do a little more uphill walking, its a simple process to change the setting.  I can connect the Pro Form  EKG 760 to my computer and use the i Fit.com feature to program my workouts and to keep track of what I accomplish.  it is truly and interactive personalized Web site.  It heps me plan meals and personal training sessions.  This program is so extensive, I can't begin to extol the benefits it provides.  In other words, I'm still discovering the many advantages the i Fit program has included.  When I'm not using the Pro Form 760 EKG, the walking platform folds up out of my way.
