This treadmill is great if you are a person who like to exercise. It has many different features such as, cross country, speed up to 10, incline up to 10 and even a switch for on and off. The colors are grey black and silver. I have had this treadmill for a year or longer and recommend it. The width of the belt appears about two feet. It has two spacious cup holders and two levels for the fan. It also has a safety string just in case you fall all you have to do is pull it and the treadmill will stop. It tells you how many calories you burned how fast you are going, the incline how many calories you will burn per hour and your heart rate. I think, however that the heart rate is off a bit. Trouble is that you never know if it right or wrong but that is the only bad thing about it. Another great feature is that it folds which is convenient. And the base does not weigh too much. A strong girl could lift the base. But it is still very sturdy.
