Along with the joys and feeling of security that are generated by home ownership come a certain amount of maintenance and do-it-yourselfing.  Even **I** have been known to do some things myself and that included replacing the caulk around the edge of the bathtub and along the corner seams of my ceramic tiled walls.  This is the kind of thing that looks a lot easier to do than it actually is but luck smiled on me when I found ***Polyseamseal Tub and Tile Adhesive Caulk ***at the hardware store. **WHAT THIS IS:** ***Polyseamseal Tub and Tile Adhesive Caulk ***is a PVA and water based high performance caulk containing Mildewcide which helps to inhibit the growth of mold and mildew, thereby making it ideal for use in humid areas such as kitchens and bathrooms,  ***Polyseamseal Tub and Tile Adhesive Caulk*** is available in either 6-oz. squeeze tubes or 10 oz. cartridges (for use with caulk-sealing guns) and comes in three colors:  Almond, Clear, and White.  The pointed cap is designed to be easily cut so as to vary the width of the stream (or "bead").  Following the instructions, ***Polyseamseal Tub and Tile Adhesive Caulk ***is easy to apply and destined to last.  **MY VIEWPOINT:** I used white ***Polyseamseal Tub and Tile Adhesive Caulk ***in the 6 oz. squeeze tube and I guess the ultimate tribute I can pay to this product is that even old fumble-fingered, definitely unhandy **I** was able to make a good job of it.  Anybody who uses ***Polyseamseal Tub and Tile Adhesive Caulk ***should carefully check out the warnings, instructions, and suggestions on the tube and also at ***polyseamseal.com ***but I highly recommend this product.
