Pedigree Good Bites are Good for Your Dog

4

Dogs deserve the occasional treat and even though most treats are not nutritionally sound, they are fed so infrequently that I can tolerate giving them to my dog. However, there are some dog treats that rate better than others and one is Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats. Dog Treat Commentary: Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats are small dog treats made for a dog's special needs. There are multi- vitamin Good Bites, hip and joint Good Bites, and others. Each has something unique to offer and is formulated to help a dog in some way. The multi- vitamin Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats are the ones I use most. They are beef flavored and dogs naturally love them, just like they love most any dog treat. A dog can eat them quickly, due to the small size, so owners should watch how much they give to avoid overconsumption. The best feature of Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats is the added nutrition and they go far beyond the nutritional level of other dog treats. Most dog treats are made with a host of articficial colors, flavors, and fillers with little or nothing of value except for good taste. Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats offer more than just good taste- they also offer extra vitamins or other helpful ingredients to improve a dog's overall health. My Bottom Line: Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats are good dog treats and far better than most of the other dog treats on the market. Pedigree dog foods are not very good, but the company seems to have redeemed itself with these treats. Yes, there are a few questionable ingredients, but they are fed infrequently and considering the great nutrition, they earn an easy recommendation.

Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats are a good bite for your dog

5

I bought Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats for the first time with a coupon. I buy them regularly now without a coupon. My dogs really like these bite sized treats and it is an added bonus that they are healthy. There are different varieties for your dogs needs. I like the type of package that they come in, it is a reclosable bag which keeps the treats fresh and makes it easy to store and take with you when you are taking a trip. I have used all the varieties and like all of them. I do believe the hip and joint variety helps my senior dog, since he is getting older and I can tell he is slow to get up sometimes. I think the treats have helped ease some of the pain he may be feeling. I think the cost is reasonable especially since they are not just treats but are healthy also. I like that they contain essential vitamins and minerals and I feel good about giving these treats to my dogs regularly. The oral care works wonders and best of all my dogs really like them. The bite size is just right for any dog.

Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats ROCK!!!

I got a bag of Pedigree Good Bites Dog treats as a gift from a family member for our dog for Christmas. She loves them. She got the treats that improve your dogs breath. We have noticed a difference in her breath. It seems to be fresher. Our dog Demi Lynne loves to eat them and will beg for them. If you go near where we keep them she gets excited and will not leave you alone until you give her one. We have tried alot of other treats for her and this is the only breath freshing treat that she completly enjoys and actually works. Thank you Pedigree.

Snack food for dogs

With all of the great sales and coupons available for Pedigree Good Bites Dog Treats, how could I not give this treat a try? My dog is highly food motivated, so I like to have lots of different kinds of treats on hand for training and brain-stimulating games (for when she is cooped up indoors during the winter). She was very excited to give these a try, due to their meaty scent. We got the steak flavor, which is supposed to be good for hips and joints. I am not sure if I believe these claims and I'm probably not going to look into it either. I consider the Pedigree treats my dog gets to be akin to snack food or McDonald's for humans. They are "sometimes" or "rarely" foods. But just like sometimes I want to eat some junk food, I'm okay with my dog having it sometimes too. She clearly enjoys the Good Bites dog treats, and they are affordable and a generous size. I do wish they were a little smaller as dogs (even a 70 lb dog like her) only needs about a pinky nail size amount as a reward.

My dog LOVES these treats!

5

So first of all, my greyhound tiger absolutely loves treats. But she actually seems to like these more than the rest. At first I tried making her homeade treats, which did not turn out well (and she hated them). So I have been trying out different brands to see what kinds she likes and what kinds will not upset her stomach. She has a sensitive tummy, so I usually steer clear of treats that have too many flavors in them. I was able to get a few of these bags at a great price with coupons, and was pleased to find out that she can't get enough of them, and that they do not upset her stomach. They are a great size, and even though they are a bit small my 60lb dog still loves them. She gets one after every time she goes outside to use the bathroom, and basically runs in the house because she can't wait to get her treat. I have been mixing them with the older treats I had already purchaed, but will definitely buy only these in the future!

Healthy and Delicious (according to my pup!)

I have an older dog, she just turned 10, and she has a bad hip so I was happy when I saw that these promote healthy joints and especially have chondroitin as an ingredient. I bought the Hip and Joint variation of these and I haven't seen a huge improvement or anything, but she has seemed more energetic of late.  Frankly, even if I didn't see a difference, I would still buy these because she really loves them and I feel like they are a step above most other dog treats health-wise.  I mean, put one next to a snausage or something similar and anyone would choose Good Bites over those processed, plastic-y things!  Someone else mentioned that the price is a con, but I always find coupon for these in the circulars or online so I never pay more that two bucks or so.   Other things I love about these treats?  You get a lot in the bag...these last me a few weeks or so.  Plus, you can reseal the bag they come in and they never seem to harden or get stales like some other treats do.

Pedigree Good Bites, my dogs love and I feel good about giving

5

I have tried the Good Bites Oral Care and also the Hip and Joint.  The dogs of course loved both but I mainly stick with the Hip and Joint because one of the dogs has pretty advanced arthritis due to hip dysplacia.  Now, by no means do these treats replace his daily glucosamine and chrondtotin supplements but they are more of an added boost.  The size is great also, they are small but not too small where the dogs just swallow them.  The crunchiness of these I think also helps clean their teeth a bit.  The bags are great because they are recloseable and so the treats stay fresh.  The price is also great, they are actually less expensive than other treats, even those that don't have any benefit for my dogs other than being tasty.  I know this sounds odd but they are very few to no broken peices in each bag.  Maybe I'm just OCD but I hate it when there are a bunch of bits and peices in the bottom of treats.

Dogs and owners love them!

I have four dogs all of which do not have very good teeth. Especially our miniature daschund. Our mini daschund is also very picky when it comes to treats and due to her bad teeth has extremely bad breath. One of the kinds of good bites available is the oral kind. These ones have a sort of eucalyptus flavor to them and make the dogs breath noticeably fresher. Also all of our dogs love them! They get super excited when we got to give them one and chow them down! I haven't tried the other kinds of the good bites just due to the fact that we like the oral care ones but I'm sure the other ones would work well too. These treats are realitively inexpensive and are well worth paying the difference if the treats you normally but are cheaper. We used to buy the canine carry outs which are extremely inexpensive but don't benefit the dog in any way besides the fact that they like the taster. Good bites are a healthier alternative while not breaking the bank.

Pedigree GoodBites best option for healthy treats.

5

**Pedigree GoodBites** best option for healthy treats. There is quite a variety of GoodBites available; Multi-Vitamin, Hip & Joint, Oral Care, Skin & Coat, and Senior. With two small dogs we have tried each of the variety except the senior. Originally purchased the GoodBites as a promotion. Our local grocery store had a buy one get one special and I had coupons, so I got the Multi-Vitamin and the Hip & Joint kinds to try. Oddly enough there are coupons for these and other Pedigree treats often in the news paper. The Pedigree packaging is easy to understand and if you are trying to manage your dog's diet it definitely helps. Our two small dogs will pick the GoodBite cookie over the biscuit bones we once gave them. Though there is an Oral Care type, the pillow shape and fine press of any kind of these cookies helps clean their teeth. If you are looking to try a new treat for your pet the GoodBites offer a selection many other treats don't.
