Odwalla Chocolate Protein Monster shake tastes great and is filling enough to replace a meal if necessary.  As a mother of 2 teenage daughters, a full time student, substitute teacher, and small business owner I am busy and do not always get a chance to sit down for breakfast.  This shake with 33g of protein as well as vitamins and minerals hits the spot.  It does not taste like health food even though it is and containes 90% organic ingredients.  It is very chocolaty and easy to drink - just keep it cold.  At 440 calories per bottle, it can be a little heavy on calories and carbs, but it is filling enough that you don't need a snack later.  Since there is real cocoa powder in it, be sure you shake it up before drinking or all the chocolate is at the bottom.  Once you are done, the bottle is made from the same plastic as a milk bottle so it is very recyclable.  After school, my kids will split a bottle as a snack which keeps them satisfied until dinner.  Overall, this is a good buy for your health and your wallet.
