This is an amazing shower head! I am not really a pro as far as comparing much to it but the fact is when I bought my house I knew I didn't want the junk it came with! It was creepy, and lets just say its now gone so we got this one a couple of years ago! It has been nothing short of awesome, it hasn't left any nasty water marks behind from its usage and I feel like it has a nice quality to it, nice options and if I were to need another one for my other bathroom I would buy this one. Moen is a great, trusted name and it is a product I would highly recommend any one to purchase -- it has a couple different speeds and functions that you can't match elsewhere!

Wehn I moved into my new home, the bathroom was in need of a good restoration.  Although I loved the original tiles and the cast iron tub, the rest of the facilities were worn and needed to be updated. Then, I became injured and my back was broken.  While I was waiting for surgery and also in the hospital, my spouse had workmen come in and finish the bathroom.  Instead of the rainshower head we had tenatively chosen, we chose Moen's Four Function Hand Shower with Hose and Slide Bar from the Icon Collection .  When I returned from hospital, I had a shower chair to sit in and could easily bathe myself and wash my own hair using the Handheld Shower because of it's extra length hose and the multiple spray options. Later, after I had recovered, I was able to bring our two dogs into the shower with me and give them a good rinse afterward, using the handheld shower.  Again, the extra length of the hose was so helpful.  Getting the dogs completely rinsed of the washing soap was never easier! All of my bathroom fixtures now match this first choice from Moen.  Although some may worry about the price, Moen has a trusted name in the industry and has proven its long life in my mother's own home, where she and my father raised all eight of us as children.  Her kitchen faucet does not look dated at all as Moen faucets have a sleek and timeless design. I would recommend this handheld shower to someone considering updating their bathroom, no matter what age they were.  For a younger homeowner, the fixture would last a lifetime.  For someone in middle age, just having the longer hose makes common household duties, like bathing pets, filling up wash buckets or rinsing off muddy children a snap.  And especially after my back surgery, I would definitely recommend Moen's handheld shower to anyone with mobility problems.  There is nothing as nice as being able to bathe yourself when you find you are so dependent on others.   I would also like to add that there are so many finish options that this shower fixture will even go with existing faucets if one is only able to change a few items at a time in their home.  It is worth going with Moen every time.

  Taking a bath with a Moen Touch Control 4 Function Shower can be anything and everything you want from your bath.  By touching the control, you can use change the feel from gentle as raindrops to pulsating for aching or tired muscles.   My favorite every day shower experience is slight pulsating, I get wet with only slightly warm water then lather up with a great smelling soap.....then by using the pulsating, warm water to rinse allows me to have an awesome experience.  At other times, I need to feel pampered, petted and wrapped in a aura of security.  Again, I change the setting on my Moen to the lightest setting.  I wet myself down ever so slowly as if  water is washing the day's troubles wash right off of me.  I then lather up with a lavender scented liquid soap and take my time, gently washing every inch of my body.   When I am ready to rinse, I start at my neck and upper back, allowing the gentle water soothe and comfort me.  Oh what a great experience and I can have it anytime I need or want, so can you..   The 4 function Moen shower will provide you with just the right setting, sensation and comfort level you desire....it is easy to install, easy to on the budget and a pleasure giver you will not want to be without in your shower!   PS:  Your pet will love getting his/her bath with the Moen especially since the long hose allows  for their movement (or yours as the case may be).

The moen touch control 4 function handheld shower really is great.  It's very easy to install. Unless the nozzles do not match each other, in which case you'll need to go to a local hardware store to find an insert, you should be able to attach the nozzle to your shower head.  Moen has always been my favorite brand and is my choice when it comes to faucets and things. It makes showering easier and more enjoyable. I have very thick hair and being able to take the shower head down to rinse my hair rather than stand directly under is great.  It also makes cleaning the shower easier. Now i can throw down some comet, let it sit, and use the hand held shower head to spray down everything. Before this, I would have back pain from bending over into the tub scrubbing and rinsing.  It's just more convinient and spares me a lot of time I would usually be wasting otherwise. It just makes things a whole lot easier.

I think this is a great value and product in its self! Very easy to use and to install and great for those who have a hard time with turning on faucets for the shower. The product will last for a very long time, only because I believe in the noen name which is high standard materials that are used to make their products. so, hence the long life of the product. Really can not say enough about this touch handheld shower! Just simply a good buy.

**Moen Touch Control 4-Function Handheld Shower** adds a nice touch to our very basic bathroom. We purchased a fixer-upper a few years ago. It is an older cottage with quite a bit of fixing up to be done.  In this economy we really cannot afford extravagant changes but smaller personal touches like curtain rods, door knobs, and faucets. The bathroom was our first and biggest project to date. After re-tiling the walls around the shower and tub, painting, and re-doing the floor there wasn't a lot of money leftover for extras but we did decide splurge a bit on the showerhead.   The extra cost for the **Moen Touch Control 4-Function Handheld Shower **has been well worth it.  From city-dwellers living in condos for decades we are now in rural America with a yard and everything.  There is nothing like finishing up the yard work and hitting the showers for a relaxing massage.  Nice to have a little bit of style and comfort at the end of the day.

                            ** Do-It-Yourself Massage for Tired Bodies** My hubby installed the handheld shower for me within the past few months to replace the strange apparatus that I purchased. Okay, I was in a hurry and I thought it would be alright. It was a "bargain", so I thought it would do the job although at the time I didn't even think about the features that I might want it to have. After a couple of showers I noticed that the "apparatus" I bought dissapeared and (thankGod!)was replaced with the Moen Handheld Shower. Hubby had taken it upon himself to replace the unit I purchased. At first I "fussed" him out because it cost more. Once again, a lesson in "you get what you pay for". I LOVE the Moen Touch Control Shower! I'm very, very active with my thirteen-year-old grandson(we have custody), and my part-time home-based business. Even though I'm still fabulous-at-fifty+ I still need relief for the aches and pains that come with my age. The Moen Shower is really great for that. At first I found the touch feature a little sensitive, but it just took some practice. And I guess I should say that it probably is not going to satisfy everyone aesthetically. It does seem a bit much, at first. But you do get used to it. There are different levels of water pressure and you'll find that, being handheld, it is easy to direct water to the important spots. For example: I suffer from carpal tunnel and arthritis so I pay a lot of attention to the neck/shoulder area. I find it wonderful for my knees, as well. And the long hose makes that very easy to accomplish.  Hubby and I will soon be purchasing a new house(we need more space!). so, believe me, Moen Touch Control 4-Function Handheld Showers will be in ALL the bathrooms!

It was easy to attach as that was one of the concerns I had. It only took 10mins for me. I had purchased this for my elderly mother and it has made giving her a shower easier instead of a chore. The pause feature is really nice. I recommend giving this a try!

           I was amazed at the mobility of it.  It makes a lot of tasks easier, especially when cleaning.  And it dosent look gaudy or take up a bunch of room I just dont have.  I honestly dont know how i lived without it before.  If you try it theres no way you will ever go back.
