Comfortable, but sometimes quirky
The keyboard and mouse are both very comfortable to use. However I've found they occaisonally drop off connection, and I'll have to unplug the usb and plug it somewhere else or restart the computer. I don't like some of the options they have on the keyboard suhc as the zoom in and out. I'd prefer it if they replaced the keys with a scroll wheel or something more useful since I find zooming unnecessary. The mouse is better in that it has all the normal buttons though my mouse developed a problem with the scroll wheel. It took a long time to find Microsoft's customer service number for warranty replacement, but after getting it Microsoft's customer service is great. They asked me to read off my serial number and they'll be shipping a replacement. I'm not counting the mouse problem against them since it has been about a year. The battery life is also very good since I haven't had to replace the battery in several months.
