I never really expected to get excited over a zester or grater but the Microplane Zester Grater is really making this cook happy.

Love It! Just watch your fingers - these babies are sharp!

I love my micro planes - I use them to grate parmesan, nutmeg chocolate and onions and garlic (the larger grate ones). It's great - I can grate the garlic and onions really quickly and very small (so the kids don't pick it out). I'm not a kitchen gadget person in general as I love a really good knife and am pretty handy with it, but I LOVE my microplanes - you will too! Just be VERY careful - these babies are sharp!

This Microplane zester grater is very effective for zesting citrus rind and facilitates getting the job done quickly. It is easy to get all the zest that you've grated and easy to clean, unlike many other zesters that scrape more than cut and retain half of the zest in the grooves. Also great for fresh nutmeg. The cutting surface is very sharp and really gets the job done so much better than most.

I could never "zest" a lemon or an orange before this tool.

loving this product, a busy person, A practical chef, a lover of unique kitchen gadgets, not the best cook, but I try!, Want equipment that is simple to operate, lover of things that make cooking easier

My husband and I love this gadget. I had never been able to zest a citrus product properly before buying this grater. It works like a dream. I rinse mine and run it through the dishwasher, so it's low maintenance. Hubby LOVES fresh grated parmesan cheese on not only pastas, but salads and breads as well. The grater makes that possible quickly and cleanly.

Eat every meal like at the Olive Garden with fresh grated cheese. The Microplane Zester Grater is easy, and will make all your meals taste better! I never used to grate my own cheese and now I'm using different cheeses for each meal and my dull salads are now delicious! Make every meal Italian and zest away!!
