I ordered this pillow after reading some raving reviews about it. I had been looking for a pillow that would help me sleep better throughout the night. When I received it I followed all of the instructions to fill it and thus use it. First things first, filling it is not fun! Its not super hard, but its not easy either! And after pouring the water in it, it was super heavy! (understandable, but I didn't really think about it being so heavy before purchasing it) Secondly, if you don't get the twist cap on perfectly, it leaks. (at least mine did). I had to have my husband help me get it on tight enough to not have it leak. Then I slept on it... and it wasn't comfortable, so I played the game and tried different amounts of water in it. At first I added more and that didn't help,so then I emptied it more and that didn't work either. (I tried each for a few nights before changing it) After so much trial and error I finally just put the pillow under my bed and went and bought a different one at the store. I wish I could say it was great, but that really wasn't my experience with it.

The best pillow that i had ever own and we will buy one for each family member in our home no doubt. I had neck pains for years, i changed my pillow annually, I try different style, size, companies, and I was still with neck pains. Then I went to the Chiropractor and he suggest the Mediflow water base pillow wow that I was happy right at the first night sleeping, that pillow is very comfortable, no pressure, nice size even for my husband. I love that you can adjust the level of water to have a soft, medium, firm pillow and really easy to wash the covers as well. I recommend this pillow to everyone for sure- what more important then a great nigth of sleep!
