A little difficult to calibrate

3

I originally set this up with the calibration software that came with it. It just didn't want to work. I then found Pinnacle, which made calibration much easier. Still, in both places, it treats the directional pad like the left analog stick and the left analog stick like the d-pad. It's kind of annoying when you expect to use dual analog, but otherwise, it works.

this thing is awesome

I picked up a cheapy Logitech controller from Logitech's dented box offerings (i think it was called the dualshock2) and that thing was junk as it was incompatible with a lot of games. Well, seems like Logitech fixed that issue as my F710 has been working like a charm with all my games. This new controller looks really good. It comes in silver with black accents on the sides, with two joysticks on the lower inner bottom, and arrow keys to the top right. There are buttons, colored coded, on the right hand side. the feel and orientation is very much like the PS3 controller I feel. This thing is great because it supports a ton of games and it features dual vibration. This means that when you get shot or when you shoot a big artillery gun you will get a rumble within the F710, which helps make the gaming experience more life like. This really ups the fun and once you get used to it you wonder how you did games without it. If your game supports a game controller, definitely try out the F710.
