I started using Lush products when I was living in England in the late 90's. At that time, there were no stores in the US. So, when I moved back to the US, I had to have UK friends mail me stuff. Their fresh farmacy soap is still the only wash I will use on my face. If I stop using it for even a day, I start to break out. Thank goodness Lush is now in the US. And whenever I go in to buy my soap, I can't resist picking up a couple bath bombs. The smell is just intoxicating. They're the original fizzy bath bomb. The downside is that they're pricey. But what I do is hit them with a hammer to create 2 or 3 smaller bombs. They are so highly fragranced that even a smaller piece of bomb will scent your bath nicely. The honey bee scent is one of my favorites. Avobath is another good one. These are fun for kids too. They love to see the bomb fizz. Great way to get your kids to actually WANT to take a bath. Warning: I tried to make my own bath bombs from an online recipe and they were not even CLOSE to the lush bath bombs.

I am in love with this product the LUSH Honey Bee Bath Bomb is a staple in my bathroom. I love the scent of this product is has a food type smell to it which consists of toffee, caramel, and honey mixed together in a harmonious way. The bomb is about the size of a tennis ball it's bright yellow on the outer sides, and in the middle is a type of mud called rhassoul. When I throw the bomb into my bathwater it fizzes up, and the mud settles to the bottom of the tub. It turns my water a bright yellow color. Nothing about this product was hard to clean everything washes away with warm water that is including the mud. Surprisingly my skin did not feel any different from using this bath bomb I still had to moisturize my skin as usual once I was done. The only good thing was the scent lingered on my skin what seemed like forever I was really happy about that it really brightened up my mood. I recommend this product as a treat every once in awhile.

I don't know why this has been marked as discontinued, but it hasn't. It's still available on the website, and I'm sure in the stores as well. In any case, this is another fabulous LUSH bath bomb experience! If you love their Honey I Washed the Kids soap you will adore this bomb! I am absolutely in love with Honey I Washed the Kids and if I could use it every single day I would, but it is just too darn expensive. So, in between bars I can get my fix with this bomb. The scent is amazing! AMAZING! Seriously, it is creamy and sweet and just utterly delicious! Think honey and caramel and all things warm and gooey. But not sickeningly sweet. Just yummy sweet. As a bomb it performs nicely. It doesn't do anything super fancy but it does its job of perfuming the water as it fizzes away. These are actually big enough that you can split one in half if you want to. I usually use the whole thing just to experience the full wonderfulness of it!

Honey Bee Bath Bomb was freaking lovely.  I liked watching and hearing it fizz *teehee* and it smelled soooo wonderful.  I could have drowned by trying to inhale my bath water lol.  It had the most awesome true honey scent and a soft undertone of toffee that made it even sweeter.  I couldn't get enough.  I stayed in the bath until the water started to get cool. It didn't seem to have any special properties beside the scent being lovely.   It does turn your bath water yellow though, which honestly... isn't so appealing seeing it looks like you're bathing in a vat of urine lmao.  I would prefer a different color just for aesthetic purposes. Even more awesome...the scent lingered in my bathroom allllllll day and night.  That rocked too. After I got out of the bath I put on Bath & Body Works Honeysuckle body lotion and sprayed on The Healing Garden Organics Honey body spray.  I smelled delicious all day and night. I love this and if it were a wee bit more affordable, I think I would take a Lush Honey Bee Bath Bomb bath daily.

This is one of Lush's most popular bathbombs. If you are a fan of the Honey I Washed the Kids soap this bathbomb will likely become a quick favorite.  It's scent is that of a toffee, caramel, honey mix which can be pleasant (or some may find it a bit cloying or nauseating if they're not fans of sweet, foody smells).   This bathbomb leaves your water with a tint of yellow. The brown band in the middle of the bathbomb is a strip of rassoul mud which may leave some sedimentation at the bottom of the tub but it is very easy to rinse out. This is one of the larger bathbombs so it can probably be broken up into smaller pieces so that you can get multiple baths out of it. UsuallyI will cut these apart with a sharp knife or I will lay a heavy towel over them and break them with a hammer (this works quite well with the Vanilla Mountain bathbomb, just as a side note).  Given the price I would try to get a few baths out of it, at least.

I bought **LUSH HONEY BEE**bath bomb after reading some favorable online reviews.  I was very, very hesitant to actually try it though.  It took me about four weeks to muster enough courage to bathe with it after reading that it will make the bathwater look like potty and will leave a ring on the tub. Well, well, well, my bathwater DID look like potty and when I got out of the tub there WAS a ring there, but despite the cons I will buy this bath bomb over and over again!  The fragrance was amazing!  Lush describes it as a honey and caramel scent but I thought it was more of a honey and floral fragrance.  After looking at the ingredients I recognized the gardenia, bergamot and sweet orange notes. My skin was very, very soft and so fragrant after this bath.  The fragrance actually stayed on my skin until the next morning so all in all I was quite pleased with the product.  It only took a little while to get over the color of the water and the ring was not all that hard to wash off so like I said, I will buy this one again.
