Johnsonville has managed to make a good tasting, nicely sized turkey with cheddar brat that only has 120 calories.  These have a good balance between a nice smokey meatiness and a noticable twang of cheese.  Of course, they don't have that fatty burst of flavor one gets with a good conventional sausage.  Well, one can't have everything when on is watching one's weight, I guess.  These are certainly good enough that they make me feel deprived, even if they don't quite live up to the standards of their full fat conterparts.
