We bought this TV within the past year and have enjoyed it since. I have developed eye problems that make it difficult for me to see detail from a distance so we got this tv hoping it will be big and clear enough that I would be able to still watch tv without having to get too close to the set. It is sitting all the way across the room (my bedroom so not a small room but nothing like a huge living room either) and I am able to sit in bed and watch tv with minimal issue on my better days. I can not nor will I blame the tv for my inability to see on my worst days but for what it is the tv is great. Better than I expected even. I had thought I would not be able to watch tv again with out squinting and eye strain but with the large (not ridiculously large though) screen it is clear and easy to see even details that I had not noticed before. I did not want something so huge that that it was going to cost more than my house note. Yet I needed something large enough that I would still be able to see the pictures from across the room with how bad my eyes have gotten and possibly getting worse. The 38in screen was perfect and I was thrilled when I found this one on sale at best buy for around 700ish. It was being replaced with a newer model and this was the floor model they were selling for almost two hundred off the box price and so we were able to take it home for 650 after all the rebates were done and pleased with how clear and easy to see and hear it is. We also love that it is able to plug our computer into it and watch things on the large screen with the family instead of all of us having to crowd around the small laptop screen. Picture Quality clear, colors are great even a year after buying it everything works great. We see details we never saw in all the other tvs we had before. Even better than some of our older computer monitors. Sound Quality good sound speakers do not give off any crackle or ring even after a year or more since we bought it even with it being a floor model. I also like how big a sound range it has so you can make it anywhere from silent to rather loud if you choose. Durability it seems to be very durable and very well made. For a floor model it has held up over a year without any problems. I took one point off for how the stand that holds it up is made because I worry that it will break any day down. For honesty sake it has NOT broken and has held up against kids and cats *even after being a floor model* but I do think it could be made better and with a more stable stand. Design I think the design is great all except for what I said before the stand that holds it up. That is I worry that it will not hold up for more than another year or so. we are very very careful around it for fear of it breaking and I would not suggest getting this type of tv if you have small children or say... Dogs. Or perhaps if you do, try mounting it up on a wall somewhere that would likely take away the problem of the less than stable looking base. But to be most honest it has held up here with us sitting on a dresser now for almost a year so good job. I just would not trust it around large dogs or small kids. Performance So far so good. almost a year and being a floor model it has performed wonderfully and held up to stresses of older kids and cats. It has a great picture and sound and I am able to see it even with my ailing eye troubles. I would suggest it and feel comfortable giving my vote of yes it is worth buying to my loved ones and friends if asked. good job.

The little tv is the perfect fit for our bedroom. It is thin enough that is can be hung on the wall and not stick out too much. It has a sleek design. It is all black. The quality of the picture is great. It is as good as any other branded tv. I haven't noticed a difference in quality at all versus a Sony or Samsung. It does get a little warm when running for hours, but nothing to be concerned about. Overall a great tv that seems to be just like the expensive brands but with a much lower price and all the bells and whistles and functions as you would expect. Picture Quality Picture quality is super. I love the resolution where every frame is crisp and clear with no drag. Sound Quality Sound quality is great. The commercials don't get louder than the show, which I've had happen with other brands. Design Pretty simple design. It is nothing fancy but it is sleek and slim and fits nicely up against the wall. Performance The tv performs great. Just as good as any other brand name.

It was extremely easy to install. It is very light weight in case you need to move it or want to mount it on the wall. The thin profile gives you many more placement options. You can see it pretty well from various angles. The black casing shows off our house dust very nicely! But that is our problem! You can easily set the screen size to regular or widescreen depending on what you're watching. The colors are crisp and the images are clear. The sound quality is very good. We have a Nintendo Wii and it looks great on the screen but I don't know how it would do for a game system with more advanced graphics. There are inputs for two auxillary devices like the Wii game and a DVD player as well as an s-video plug and an HDMI plug. Despite being relatively low priced it seems to have all of the features that you would want.

This is one of the best buys I made last year.  I found it on sale and wow did I get a great TV - I would have paid much more for it, but I'll take the deal.  This is a 32" 720p plasma HDTV.  The picture is amazingly crisp.  The colors are vivid and the blacks are very deep.  Even standard definition TV looks good on it - but HDTV looks amazing!  I have an upconvert DVD player connected through one of the three HDMI inputs - and that pictures looks great as well.  I also have a Nintendo Wii connected to it through RCA inputs.  The Wii games I have look really great on the TV even without a componenent cable.  I have basic cable with a few HDTV channels that the TV found.  Those channels look awesome on this TV.  It also has a VGA input on the back so you can connect a computer or laptop to it and view that on the screen as well.  I've used this to watch TV shows online and can now view them on a big screen TV instead of on the little monitor.  The quality is great and it's easy to setup.  The remote is great and has all the functions you need.  A great TV!!
