excellent with warts

Comments about Horizon Fitness Treadmill:

We have had our Horizon L5780T treadmill for about 6 months and both my wife and I use it nearly every day.It is a handsome machine and relatively light-weight and easy to move. The fold up feature comes in handy when we have guests. We both are basci in our use so programming is of no concern to us.I do like the ability to  increase the incline by factors of 1% all the way up to 10%.The machine is fairly quiet. The suspension system is excellent with  cushions under the walkning surface so it is very feet-friendly.The only hang-up we have with the machine is the maintenace.issue.A few eeks ago the machine stopped and displayed a message that lubrication was needed. After reading the manual I realized it would bebest to call my ultra-handy son to help out.He had some  real problems in  resetting the walking surface on the platform to the exact degree needed after lubricating. We re-set the machine as required and low and behold  just yesterday  the machine stopped with another lubrication message.Well we know how to reset but are unhappy with this glitch.

Horizon LS780T has kept me running for the first year

By

from Saint Paul, MN

Comments about Horizon Fitness Treadmill:

My husband and I purchased this treadmill for indoor running over the winter months.  I am the primary user and weigh 115 lbs.  I have used this product for one winter and one summer and it has just started to make some loud noises when I start running on it, but they don't seem to be abnormal and do go away after a few seconds.  The weight capacity of this treadmill is 275 lbs.  This treadmill folds up for easy storage in a closet, but I leave mine unfolded.  Every 6 months or 150 miles it is recommended to lubricate the running belt, which I have only done once so far.  This process is easy and the maintenance manual clearly shows how to do this.  The lubricant is provided with the purchase of the treadmill, and has enough product for 2 uses - only use lubricant provided by Horizon Fitness.  I rarely use the built-in programs, but they would be helpful to spice up a workout.  I also rarely use the incline function, but this is also a neat feature available.  I have truly enjoyed using this treadmill and I feel like it is easy to use, safe, and well made.

steady as she goes

Comments about Horizon Fitness Treadmill:

Now that we are retired my wife and I have the time to keep in the best shape of our lives by using our free time to exercise just about every day.Our choice is a good treadmill as it is easy on the feet and knees and allows us to watch TV or listen to music as we exercise. We bought our Horizon L5780T treadmill a year ago and so far it has been a great macine. It has an easy fold up option which comes in handy if we must use our family room to house a lot of guests.there are teh usual upgrade-type options good treadmills have like programming, pulse monitoring, and ability to set an incline level.we noticed right away when we shopped for a treadmill that it was one of the most quiet machines available. It  is as quiet as machines double the cost. The walking surface is flexible and I experience absolutely no discomfort using the machine. The only question is durability as we have had  2 machines which lasted only 2-3 years. We shall see.
