The HP Mini Laptop is an amazing little computer. I have used it to build a small internet business for everyone to make money on for free and I added a ton of software to do it. It still runs great in most cases and only runs slow in bad internet service areas. I would recommend the Mini for anyone that needs a Small laptop to carry. Use it for fun and work with it too. Ease of Use Very easy to use when installed with Windows 7 Home Premium. Mine came preloaded with Home Premium and the ease of use is fantastic. Battery Life Not a very long battery life if you use full performance like I do: About 3 Hours of full work time. Support & Service I haven't dealt with support because they won't email me back, however: I bought mine refurbished. Speed/Performance Very good performance, just don't overload it with a ton of software if you want a lot of speed. Design The HP Mini design is excellent. Easy to carry, easy to use and always capable of accomplishing my goals even though it's only 10.1 inches. Durability This is a very durable machine.
