We have used this Great Value white vinegar for several different purposes, and it has worked well for all of them. Vinegar can have a rather strong taste, but when we have used this particular one for pickling foods (such as eggs), it does the job well without having too strong of a flavor. We also have used this vinegar for cleaning, whether cleaning the floors, cleaning mineral residue off of dishes, or cleaning a fish tank and its accessories. This vinegar always does a good job of cleaning the dirt, again without leaving a strong or overpowering smell behind. The bottle seals well and the lid does not leak, even after it has been opened. We also have never experienced any problems with it after letting it sit on the shelf for an extended period of time. Since it is Great Value brand, it is also cheaper than most other name-brand vinegars. Combining its low price with its great effectiveness and versatility leads me to highly recommend this vinegar.

I bought a bottle of great value distiller white vinegar because it was cheaper and with the prices of things today i need to pinch as many pennies as i can. I think it seems like its the same. It smells the same. I cook with it the same, and I think it tastes the same.

Great Value Distilled White Vinegar is a great product! It is affordable and very good quality! I use it for so many things. I cook with it-and 1 teaspoon will turn regular milk into buttermilk! It is also a wonderful cleaning agent! I use it in the toilet, to clean glasses, and to clean my tea pitcher! It also cleans windows really well!

Vinegar is a staple for cooking and cleaning applications in my home.  Since I use it so widely, I buy several gallon jugs per month, and always head straight for the Great Value brand! The price cannot be beat and it works just as well as Heinz or any of the other national brands! I use Great Value vinegar to soften and deodorize every single load of laundry that I wash.  It cleans my coffee machine, and then gets recycled as a drain cleaner when I pour the hot vinegar over a half box of baking soda.  Vinegar also works as a detergent in my carpet steam cleaner, and leaves my rugs clean, smelling great, and free of the sticky residue that commercial carpet cleaning solutions leave behind. I use straight vinegar on counters, tubs, showers, fixtures, and other surfaces that collect germs.  Vinegar also removes the hard water deposits left behind by our harsh well water.  Great Value vinegar would be the one thing that I would want if I was stuck on a deserted island - it ROCKS!

I buy store brand Distilled White Vinegar almost every trip to the store. I use a cup in every load of laundry to boost my laundry detergent's cleaning power. I use it to clean the floors and disinfect items throughout my house. The vinegar smell is strong, but the smell is gone once the item dries. There are over 1000 uses for vinegar around the house - just google it!

Great Value products are just that... a GREAT VALUE! Not only are they less expensive than your name-brand counterparts, but they get the job done just as well. You can use vinegar for many, different things... in food/drinks, to clean, to disinfect, to remove odors, as a facial astringent, a hair rinse, to dye things (eggs, material, etc.) and so many more! All you have to do is do an internet search on "uses for vinegar," and just wait until you see all the different things you'll discover! The thing I think I like the most about vinegar, is... it is non-toxic. So... no matter what you use it for, it is healthy for you and your family, as well as the earth. What could be better than that?

Great Value Distilled White Vinegar is the best!  Not only is it a great value, it is the best price available!  One of my favorite things about this vinegar is its versatility.  Not only do I use it for cooking in the kitchen, I also love to use it as a cleaner.  It is powerful and can be mixed with baking soda as well.  I especially use it to clean my windows. I have very long, thick hair and it can be very difficult at times to clean it well without leaving residue.  I rinse my hair with Great Value Distilled White Vinegar and my hair always feels so clean, soft, and shiny.  It gives me truly amazing results.  Who would have ever thought vinegar would be so wonderful for yoru hair!  I have also found it makes a great facial astringint.  Why pay more for pricy conditioners, harsh facial scrubs, and smelly cleaners when you can have the benefits of all natural white vinegar right in your home!
