I rated Febreze Carpet Odor Eliminator a ten because I have 3 dogs and my house always smells like dog. I always try to keep them out of the living room, but as soon as I leave their in there. After using this my house smells so good. It also takes away the smell of dog urine, my dog is two months old and he has had a lot of accidents. I cleaned it up with soap but still smelled bad. I tried all the different kind of odor powders but they didn't work. Until I found Febreze Carpet Eliminator and it takes all the smell away. I also use the Febreze air fresher through out my house. It lasts all day long and I usually use it every other day without the dog smell coming back. My house don't smell like dog anymore, so I feel better inviting people over my house now. Performance The performance is the best, you only need a little bit to take the odor away. Scent The scent has a fresh smell. It cover up the worst smell in your house.

My mom has two dogs at her house that we all love dearly, except for how they make the furniture and carpet smell. She decided to try the Carpet Odor Eliminator after we both had such success with fabreze air effects and other products. Like everything else we've tried we had great success with this products. The dogs like to lay on one patch of carpet by the front door and it gets especially smelly. She sprayed the area throughly and the effect was almost instantaneous. The dog odor wasn't just covered up, it was GONE, and in it's place the light scent of febreze. Now we both use it to keep the carpets and rugs in our houses smelling great. Performance This product works very well at getting rid of carpet odors, and does it as soon as you spray it on the effected area. Scent I really love how febreze products smell and this one is no exception. The scent is very light and just smells clean and fresh.

Odors abound in our home with animals and pets. The most pungent of aromas comes from the potty training 2 year old of course. He's close to getting it but, accidents happen and sometimes that occurs while he's on the couch or carpet areas. Though we don't have a lot of carpeting in our house, he always seems to be standing right on it when the accident occurs. So on a recent grocery trip my husband picked up the Febreze Carpet Odor Eliminator. The website states "Eliminates everyday carpet odors and leaves a light, fresh spring scent". Febreze is pretty well known for taking the offending odor and lifting it out of fabrics and even the air now. This particular formula is made to work best on upholstery and carpets. Febreze comes in a spray bottle which has a locking nozzle to keep from spraying when you don't want to. Performance Initially we had to clean up some deep down urine scent out of the couch. Once the cushion cover was removed and washed, we pretty much soaked the cushion with Febreze. When the liquid finally dried (which didn't take long), the scent was finally gone. I have also since used our Febreze on the rest of the couch, the kids' beds and floor with great results. Scent The scent is flowery and light, which leaves the room fresh yet not overwhelmed.
