Decent merchandise, SUPER slow

We have now ordered from Domestications 3 different times and have never been disappointed in the quality of the merchandise.  However, we probably will not order from them again due to the length of time it takes to receive the goods.  Each order has taken over 3 weeks to be received after being notified that the order had been processed and prepared for shipping.  When contacting the customer service department, we were told that the timeframes are normal.  I shop weekly on the net and Domestications is definitely the slowest merchant with which I have dealt.  If… read full review »

Love this site for high quality items at great prices.

I love this site for all my household needs.  They have excellent prices for high quality items.  Customer service is always helpful and friendly.  I rarely shop anywhere else for bedding, towels, etc.  The site is easy to use with a screen reader which I have to use as I am blind.  When I need someone to explain or choose a pattern, the customer service people on the phones are extremely helpful and… read full review »
