We have now ordered from Domestications 3 different times and have never been disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. However, we probably will not order from them again due to the length of time it takes to receive the goods. Each order has taken over 3 weeks to be received after being notified that the order had been processed and prepared for shipping. When contacting the customer service department, we were told that the timeframes are normal. I shop weekly on the net and Domestications is definitely the slowest merchant with which I have dealt. I love this site for all my household needs. They have excellent prices for high quality items. Customer service is always helpful and friendly. I rarely shop anywhere else for bedding, towels, etc. The site is easy to use with a screen reader which I have to use as I am blind. When I need someone to explain or choose a pattern, the customer service people on the phones are extremely helpful and pleasant.

not only do you save money the quality of the merchandise is excellent . I bought a comfortor for my bed and I never want to get rid of it. It is made very well "strong at the seems" and the comfort of the material is out of this world. I will always shop domestications

I recently purchased a comforter set from domestications.com. It came with instructions to put in my dryer on low to medium setting for fluff. I did so and the product melted. I contacted the company. I am still awaiting a promised return label from the company.

cashmina fitted sheet with no elastic! They won't replace.

I ordered Cashmina sheets for my daughter as a Christmas present. She never told me the fitted sheet didn't have elastic. While getting the sheets out for my bed now that the weather has turned cold, I noticed this about her fitted sheet. I called customer service to report the poor product and the only way they were willing to rectify this was to give me a $10 coupon to purchase another set which costs $49.99 + shipping. I purchased the sheets approx. 10 months ago, their return policy is 90 days. Regardless of this, I believe they should replace the inferior product and make this right. Customer... read full review »
