I've been eating turkey bacon for five years now and was previously eating the Oscar Meyer brand, however it wasn't fulfilling my replacement taste for pork bacon, so I recently tried the Butterball Turkey Bacon and it is absolutely delicious. I literally can eat this bacon by itself and have 2-3 pieces for breakfast every morning before I head to work. It's affordable, fresh, and taste better than any turkey and pork bacon I've ever eaten.

When you are shopping for a good bacon you not only want something that isnt too costly but  you also want it to taste good to. In the land of turkey bacon it seems that everyone has their own brand of it now, and most of it isnt too appealing, trust me i have had my share of bad turkey bacon, some is too thin, some taste like dry tree bark, but one stands out above all of the rest and that is the butterball turkey bacon, this bacon has a good flavor and it stays moist, i dont like for my turkey bacon to start drying out , and i dont have a issue with the butterball brand. It is great for breakfast, your blt sandwhiches and it also holds well in your recipies that require bacon, but you dont want to sacrifice all of those calories. For someone who is new to the turkey bacon world, you should give it a try i guarantee that you will not be dissapointed in  anyway. If you can just change one thing like the bacon your eating you are on the right path to healthy eating.

I have been trying over the course of the past few months to choose healthy alternatives of my favorite foods. Bacon, being on of those mentioned favorite foods! I purchased the Butterball brand of Turkey Bacon. It has 65% less fat that pork bacon. It looks a little different. I wasn't sure how I would like it. It does get fairly crispy not as much as pork bacon but more than I thought it would. The taste is great! It doesn't curl up in the pan either when cooking. Nice long strips of straight bacon! :) It's affordable too basically the same price as the previous brand I was buying. Now I can have my bacon without all the guilt!
