Great job working with Scott. Had some priority's as to delivery dates and times and Scott took care of them all. Also had a minor problem with lift and Scott got me the answers quickly and efficiently . Only complaint I have is that I downloaded installation manual from web site and measurements differed from ones packaged with lift. Do not believe that was Scott's fault; but downloads should be updated. Thank you Scott !!

My experience with Scott Matthews and Big Boys Garage Toys is nothing less than phenomenal. I worked with Scott for just over two years as I planned, designed and built my dream garage. He was instrumental in assisting the placement of the lift in the bay, communicating typical clearances and suggesting floor dimensions. Scott was honest in opinions he provided, responsive (many times replying on weekends and evenings to my request), very knowledgeable about equipment he sells and overall a genuinely a nice person with which to do business. Scott had no guarantee I would buy anything from him, but after working with him, there was no question I would. The actual purchase was flawless and painless. Scott kept me informed of any sales that were ongoing, arranged for delayed shipment (due to travel plans) and found a local installer for me to utilize. The details were covered over the phone and email. Delivery and installation was textbook with all the pieces falling into place. I am very happy with my BendPak lift. I am even happier with the experience I had over several years with Scott. I would not hesitate to work with Scott and Big Boys Garage Toys, regarding lift sales and any other garage tools/toys I might need. Honest opinions, knowledgeable, straight facts and totally responsive, what else could you want when making important purchases?

I ordered a Bendpak double car lift from Scott on a weekend, and it was ready to be picked up on Tuesday. Scott was fantastic from start to finish and even called back to make sure I had the lift set-up with no issues. When my new shop is done, I will be ordering 8 more of these lifts!

Great Customer Service. Scott was available 24X7. Bendpak's instructions were dated and vague at times, Scott filled in all the blanks. Just and FYI...Remove the pulleys on the power ramp before setting in down for install..much easier! Thanks Scott, love the lift!

the customer service is the worst we have ever seen. the owner scott matthews himself is arrogant and constantly got angry, constantly shouting on the phone because we didn't reply to emails. at first he seems very professional and kind but as soon as you don't reply to him within a few hours he gets angry and starts to threaten you. this is one person to stay away from

With our new house, I was looking for some tools to use in the garage that I had not had the space for before. I was able to find several helpful things, and I plan to come back to this site to shop every time my wife gets on a site looking for shoes. Product Selection I was able to find good deals on a large metal toolbox, jack stands, and an air compressor with some air tools. They have several other types of tools for working in the garage and on cars as well. Product Pricing Some things, such as the toolboxes, are a bit pricey. But other things are the same price or cheaper than other stores and sites that I have looked at. Shipping and Returns This site offers free shipping to the lower forty-eight states. I found this extremely helpful when considering the cost it would normally be to ship things this large and heavy to my house. The low shipping made several things come out cheaper than other stores even if the original price was a little bit higher.
