This medication has really changed my life for the better.  I have always been physically active and as long as I can remember my nose has run when I exercise.  I had learned to live with it and accepted the burden until I started practicing yoga.  Having to frequently wipe or blow my nose while doing activities such as lifting weights or even shoveling snow is seriously annoying, but manageable.  Having a nose that constantly runs while doing yoga is another situation altogether because it completely detracts from the practice.  I brought up my frustration with my doctor and discovered that having a runny nose during exercise is a condition that a lot of people suffer from and ipratropium bromide nasal solution is the solution.  I spray 2 sprays into each nostril before leaving home or work for the gym and I am set for the next 4 to 6 hours.  It has a bitter taste, but it isn't too bad and the benefits definitely outweigh that downside.  It really is awesome!  I wish I had known about this years ago.  I highly recommend this product for anyone who suffers from a runny nose when exercising.
