This product is made to remove grease from automotive parts, however i clean apartments after people move out of them and use it on many different things. First i would like to warn you that this is a very string chemical, so be carefull not to get it in or on you, and DO NOT leave it on surfaces for very long. I use it to clean grease from the out sides of ovens and refridgerators.  I mix it as directed on the bottle (sometimes a little more potent for lots or grease build up) and spray it on the top and sides of ovens and fridges.  I never let it set on the surface for more then 5 minutes (so as not to damage the surface) but that is all it really needs! After letting it soak you can practicaly just wip off all of the nast food grease and build up with a wet sponge, most of the time i do not even need to scrub. Zep industrial purple makes my job alot easier and saves me alot of time. Not to mention how happy my boss is with how clean i get things.
