This is pure perfection for a humidifiers! You pour some of this into your humidifier and you will have a wonderful and fast release of medication. I use this in my girls room mostly at night and it works great. They sleep better and wake up feeling better.

I love using this vapo steam in the humidifier whenever I am sick or one of my kids is sick. You put it in the little compartment and it mixes with the steam and the whole room gets filled with the Vicks mentholated scent. It helps tremendously with congestion and coughing. My only issue with this is that it can stain the upper portion of your walls and ceilings. I have to be very careful where I put my humidifier when I add this to it. The moisture gets on walls and because of the Vicks in it, it leaves a slight brownish residue on them. Congestion Relief Works very well at relieving nasal congestion. Seems to clear it up and make breathing easier. Chest Congestion Relief Loosen up chest congestion and makes it easier to cough the mucous up. Relief of Aches & Pains Doesn't really do much for aches and pains. Cough Suppression Breathing this in all night really works well at suppressing cough. It is not immediate relief but after a few hours my cough is definitely not as bad.

I have been using Vicks VapoSteam for my son since he was really young after his doctor recommended it to us. This is definitely a great product for kids because I don't like giving my son too many medicines but I felt comfortable using this with him. I mixed it into the water with his humidifier at night whenever he suffers congestion problems from his allergies and bronchitis when he would wake up all night and be so congested he would literally make himself sick from coughing so much. It does make the room smell strongly like Vicks VapoRub but it helps my son sleep through the night when he is sick by relieving his chest congestion and runny or stuffy nose. I have also tried using this product myself when I was sick and it feels great at night to be so much less congested and stuffy when trying to sleep. This is a regular fixture in our household and I would highly recommend it for everyone of all ages because it definitely works!

Vicks VapoSteam is AMAZING. I have sensitive skin and vicks rub always burns my skin really bad. It just leaves giant red spots where it was. I love vicks rub though because it always helped when I was congested so I would just deal with the discomfort. Then I saw Vicks VapoSteam at Walt-Mart and decided maybe it would be a nice alternative that would not burn my skin. I was right! It works just as well at the rub without actually having to use the rub. When you open the package and get a smell of the product you may think "OH WOW what did I buy!?" It is very strong. But once you mix a small amount with water and put it in your humidified it gets a little better. The room will quickly fill with the vicks rub scent. It is a little strong but oh it's so great for your congestion! It instantly starts helping with your congestion without having to rub anything on yourself! I went to bed and woke up the next day feeling SO much better! I'm so glad this product is available so I don't have to deal with the discomfort of the vicks rub on my sensitive skin!

I love this Vicks vaposteam especially when I'm sick and can't breathe. I just add this to my Vicks vaporizer before I go to sleep and it increases the steam to circulate all around my room. Its not too strong smelling but it helps clear my nasal congestion. Its very soothing and relieving to my throat especially when I'm just coughing all day. I wasn't coughing as much in the night and my nose didn't feel so drippy. It made my room feel very warm and I could actually breathe through my nose when I was sleeping instead of my mouth. I always get good results when I use this vaposteam. I actually slept through the whole night at peace without coughing or blowing my nose. By morning I feel a lot better and I don't feel as sick anymore. I would definitely buy this again anytime I get sick or even if I feel a cold coming. I recommend this to anybody who gets sick or if you just have a runny nose it will help out a lot.

I love Vick's products and this is among my favorites. It fights congestion better than basically anything else I have tried and it is so easy to use. It also fights it in a really natural and normal way, by simply adding moisture to you sinus passages. This works great and you should use it.

If you have a cold or flu, this is great. Just use it with a warm mist humidifier or a vaporizor. Use this for my child. He was able to sleep throughout the night without coughing and waking up. Congestion Relief Helps clear congrestion even in children. Chest Congestion Relief Helps with chest congestion even in children. Relief of Aches & Pains I'm not sure if it relieves aches and pains. But my child was able to sleep throughout the night without waking. Cough Suppression Started working the first night we used it. It stopped my childs cough and he was able to rest.

Vicks VapoSteam works wonders! My kids had stuffy, congested noses, and a cough. I put this into their humidifier at night and they slept "like babies". I didn't have either of them waking up because they couldn't breathe, as they did the night before with the humidifier alone. Vicks VapoSteam was VERY helpful! Congestion Relief My kids were congested when they went to bed, but it cleared up as they slept with Vicks VapoSteam. The most beautiful part of that last statement, is that they SLEPT!
