Freshen Things Up With Valspar
I paid a lot of money to have a new floor installed in the kitchen and within 18 months it was almost completely destroyed. The sheen and finish were worn away, there were chips in the tiles and gaps started to form between the tiles. I made the decision to have the first floor kitchen and bathroom remodeled (again) at the same time and went with a professional installer who suggested Valspar Ultra Premium. There were a couple of reasons for it and so far the paint has been well worth the money. I can wash the walls without worrying about the paint losing a little bit of color and stains come off without having to scrub. Until the latest remodel the first floor bathroom had mostly been used for the toilet and sink; when I had a walk-in tub installed there was a huge gap behind the area where the old tub was and where the new one was going to be placed. The Valspar Ultra Premium covered up the darker color that had been previously used on the bathroom walls without needing a few coats of primer. The drying time is about the same as other indoor paints that have been used here and there's about half a gallon left from the second can so if I need to touch anything up or want to paint the inside of the bathroom door I will have the exact shade needed to do so.
