This is not a good choice for so many reasons. First, the sodium per fillet is listed as 34o mg, but it tastes more like 600 plus (max daily is 1500mg). We washed off the second round and it was just as bad, the sodium is deeply ingrained into the thin chicken breast fillets. They are quit thin and the texture leaves no doubt that you are eating processed chicken, held together with some many different substances. Not a good choice.
