WOW! This Sausage is Amazing!

Run, don't walk to your nearest grocery store and buy this delicious, amazing, fantastic and unforgettable Johnsonville Italian Sausage meat. I always use it when making our marinara sauce, served over spaghetti, and it never fails to get rave reviews. I nearly always make this when we invite guests over for dinner because it is a never-fail-success-story. The seasonings are always just right, never too overpowering or spicy, and there is very little fat to skim away after browning it. The smell it gives your home makes me want to cook it three times a week! My next recipe is going to be using it in meatball sub-sandwiches. Each package I buy is always consistent in taste and quality too. I have used it to make my crock-pot-lasagna and it was fabulous in this also. I invented a recipe to take to work for lunch using this sausage, pasta, diced canned tomatoes and cheese. I was terrific. This company really knows their sausage!

I absolutely love my johnsonville Italian sausages. There is no way I would ever buy a different brand after using these. They are perfectly seasoned, just the right thickness, and cook up like a dream, with brown crispy skin. I love mine in hot dog buns, chopped up in omelets, on top of a pizza, or just straight up plain. They are always in my freezer.

I really like these Italian sausage links in a lot of different dishes. They're good on a bun off the grill and also in your pasta sauce. Another dish I use them for is jambalaya. Whatever I decide to put them in, they always have great flavor and enhance what I'm making.

These are my favorite Italian sausages. They have a nice mild flavor, easy to cook and always turn out juicy. I love them grilled or broiled and enjoy them on a hot dog bun. I also like to cut them into bite size pieces and toss the sausages into a bowl of pasta.

Always Room On The Grill for Johnsonville's Italian Sausage~

Summertime means Grilling in our home and that means that there is always room for Johnsonville's Italian Sausage! This is one Italian that has found it hard to find that real delicious home made Italian dishes that I was used to while growing up. I used to say that my Grandmother DiFalco's career was her cooking. She would be up at the crack of dawn preparing pasta noodles from scratch for her very large family. It would take her the better part of the day to get the spaghetti sauce just right and there is yet to be anyone to fill her big shoes. Trust me, I've tried every restaurant her across the U.S.A.. Being a member of the SheSpeaks website, I had the splendid opportunity to receive some coupons to try Johnsonville's Italian Sausages. It was my spouses idea to grill them on the barbecue while I cut large Italian rolls and than we smothered the sausage with green peppers and onions. Talk about out of this world! Talk about Italian!!! W ith an assortment of Italian sausages to pick from {mild; hot; sweet;and four cheese} there is a favorite for everyone! Consumers also may purchase sausage as links, patties or grounded. This makes it easier to make more of their favorite dishes. I also made some Italian meatballs from the ground sausage~!!! What a delightful alternative to using ground round. There are so many more recipes available at the Johnsonville website that I am excited to try and share. One Thanksgiving I used Johnsonville Italian sausage in the bread stuffing. I got so many compliments. Johnsonville not only taste good but is reasonably priced. It's one main meal that my whole family enjoys and with the warmer weather coming ...we will be looking forward to our cook-outs more. Yes, I highly recommend!

Makes eating pig not feel so dirty

I love eating sausages especially one that doesn't taste artificial and nasty. My boyfriend hates sausages, links, and hot dogs. As a couple I try to merge our interests and tastes together so I don't have to cook separate meals. We both love to eat spaghetti and I love to have sausage in mine and well as i said earlier he hates sausage. I've heard and saw many commercials for Johnsonville and I went online to see what other people say about it. Anyway, I bought the Hot sausage links and I roasted a little piece of it, blind folded my picky eater and put it in his mouth. HE LOVED IT! He thought he was eating ground beef but he liked the juicyness and the intense flavor. Now with football season coming up he wants me to stock up on a few packets of the meat. I've tried to substitute the brand for other ones when I can't find it in the stores...and he refuses to eat it. So he's not a sausage lover BUT a Johnsonville lover.

The missing link - why isn't all sausage this good?

As a native Texan it's been my civil duty to grow up loving sausage and BBQ but the reality is, I had seldom ever tried a sausage brand I enjoyed, and had tried most of the ones my grocers carried over the years. Just recently I discovered Johnsonville brand sausage, carried with the fresh meats at the grocers (it is not pre-smoked or cooked) and took a chance on it.  I sampled both the Mild Italian and the Hot Italian links and prepared them on a charcoal grill. They are a little difficult to cook on a standard grill - they lose a lot of grease in the process which causes flare-ups - but they are well worth it. A flavor unlike any sausage I've tried - not sure if they use fennel or anise - and one that is absolutley addictive. Finally, I can honestly proclaim my love for sausage. The Republic is saved! You'll spend a little more time and care grilling them than you would the pre-smoked varieties but that just means more hanging out by the grill and salivating. They brown up nice and get a great, crunchy skin and are still nice and juicy inside. I can't say enough good about this brand. Now if only Johnsonville would come up with some ribs and some brisket....still searching for some really good BBQ in "the BBQ state."

Johnson italian sweet sausage is the best!!!

Johnsonville sweet italian sausage is so good. I make it once a week. Make up a big plate of spaghetti with Johnson sausage and sprinkle some parmesan cheese. It's so delicious. I'll even throw it all in the crock pot and that makes it so easy on a busy day. Plus who doesn't like anything with pasta and cheese. My daughter loves It. It's so easy to throw together.

The hot Italian Sausages are so good barbqued!!  They have the best taste of any of the Italian sausages I've tried.   A little spendy, but if you get them on sale, they're worth getting.  They are a lot better barbqued, BUT they are also good in Italian dishes.  The taste cant be beat!!
