Run, don't walk to your nearest grocery store and buy this delicious, amazing, fantastic and unforgettable Johnsonville Italian Sausage meat. I always use it when making our marinara sauce, served over spaghetti, and it never fails to get rave reviews. I nearly always make this when we invite guests over for dinner because it is a never-fail-success-story. The seasonings are always just right, never too overpowering or spicy, and there is very little fat to skim away after browning it. The smell it gives your home makes me want to cook it three times a week! My next recipe is going to be using it in meatball sub-sandwiches. Each package I buy is always consistent in taste and quality too. I have used it to make my crock-pot-lasagna and it was fabulous in this also. I invented a recipe to take to work for lunch using this sausage, pasta, diced canned tomatoes and cheese. I was terrific. This company really knows their sausage!
