This system is advanced but it lacks system durability sometimes. Ease of Use Many of the items that you need to have installed may be difficult to use once installed. Though the system has many great features that are easy to use. The system lasts regularly but it is a hot laptop if you put in overtime use. Battery Life After three years the battery life is still hanging in tough, It runs low after about an hour. Must have it plugged in if you don't want to lose your information. I think I might get a new battery instead of getting a new laptop system. Support & Service The systems advertisements are good, but it does get annoying sometimes when some of the services need to be turned on and the system overheats it might be strained with many applications. I had to get a new motherboard system, I had someone install for me for a reasonable price. Speed/Performance The system speed is surprisingly smooth for the first three years. It's performance is good by me but for the price it cost it was alright. Design The laptop screen is good and the design of the keyboard is authentic. This laptops system is upgraded for college use. Durability The laptop battery is getting old but I still use it when I need to plugged in. I believe and hope that I will keep this laptop for as many uses as needed.
