I probably would never have thought to purchase this Body Shop Peppermint Reviving Leg Gel for myself but I received it as a gift from a friend and was very impressed with it. My friend recommended that I keep it in the fridge as it was July at the time. I put it in the fridge and let it overnight. The next day when I got home I gave it a try on my hot, tired legs. It is certainly refreshing! It has a nice tingle that is only accentuated by the fridge-chilled gel. The scent is lovely. It's a nice, clean peppermint scent. Almost like a fresh peppermint oil. It's very potent but not overwhelming by any means. The gel formula absorbs nearly immediately and does not leave even a hint of stickiness or residue. For those who work on their feet or walk a lot in the summer (while on vacation or at home) this is a lovely treat for the end of a long day. It does revive you and makes your hot, leaden legs feel fresh again.

This is a wonderful product especially if you are on your feet alot. I keep mine in the fridge and put it on my legs after walking alot or exercising. It is even better if someone applies it for you. Nothing like a great smelling product and massage that leaves you feeling rejuvenated. Scent The peppermint is invigorating and is just pleasant. Absorption It leaves my feet and legs feeling soft but not slimmy Effectiveness It really feels great on and relaxes my muscles after walking alot or exercising. It is a nice little treat after a workout.

The Body Shop Peppermint Reviving Leg Gel  was purchased by me from the Body Shop store as a soothing help for my tired, overworked legs. This Reviving Leg Gel is a great product to store in your refrigerator for instant "pick-me-ups" for your tired, hot, achy, legs. When the need arises, you just take it out of your refrigerator, squirt some on those "needy" legs of yours, and voila---instant, refreshing, cooling relief!  I love to use this Body Shop Peppermint Leg Gel after exercising, shopping all day, running errands, or just when I get up in the morning. It makes your legs come alive with a strong, clean peppermint essence and revives any residual tiredness that your legs might have. The Peppermint Oil, featured in this leg gel, is grown in the cool, damp climate of England. This plant thrives in damp soil, the soil of the rich fens of Norfolk, with ideal growing conditions perfect for a pesticide-free, peppermint.  When you apply this leg gel, you are immediately  struck by the peppermint aroma that permeates the air.  It is reviving and exhilarating.  It makes you want to "spring into action" with those formerly tired, achy legs of yours. But, you can just sit back and relax, and know that this wonderful gel can be a girl's best friend  again, and again.  A little goes a very long way. It comes in a generous 8.4 US fl oz plastic bottle. A little squeeze of this gel is all that it takes.  So, one bottle is still being used by me after 4 months. The Body Shop carries this as a staple. It really has become an active part of my summer regimen. If you go to the beach, it's great to pack  in the cooler for a quick refresher. I usually do this. And, I've used it on my arms as well.  Since it is a non-greasy gel, it vanishes quickly, but, there is a brief residual stickiness after application, on your hands. Then, it vanishes quickly. INGREDIENTS:  Water, Denatured Alcohol, Menthol Oils, Peppermint Oils, Horse Chestnut,  Glycerin, and other inactive ingredients.  MY OPINION:  I like this product. It is especially helpful on those hot, humid days of summer. I've been using it year round in Florida, and I really think that it's a good product. If you love the smell of fresh, pure peppermint oil, and its invigorating effect on your legs, you're going to love this product. Sit back, spread some cooling gel on those hot, achy legs of yours, and smell the Peppermint. You'll say--- Ahhhh.
