The Technique  10 inch Fry pan is a great investment in cookware . You buy one and you will never have to buy another unless you are giving as a gift . It is nonstick and makes clean-up a breeze . Just wipe with soapy cloth and rinse and dry . The nonstick coating does not flake and seems to only improve with use . I use mine all the time to make grilled or toasted cheese sandwiches for my Grandchildren and they always request them when they come for a visit . It heats evenly so if you are making 4 sandwiches all come out the same . The food browns easily .It  is also great for making sausage and gravy and just about anything that you would fry or use a pan for . Has a pour rim so you can pour grease off of meats and then use browned bits for gravy or sauce .I would reccomend this product to anyone who does a lot of cooking and wants to have a skillet  handy for everyday use or those special occasions ,I have used mine to bake Pineapple Upside Down Cake and the clean-up was great
