What makes it so special is that it is formulated at  a 5.5ph which is slightly more acidic and is the level of healthy skin. When skin is at this ph level its releases a substance called the acid mantle shield that protects the skin from free radical damage which is known to break down the cellular structure of the skin thereby the nasty aging process begins. It has  one of the highest percentages of Q10 which is known to promote oxygenated blood cells. When you have more oxygen in your cells you have more protection from the free radicals that really age the skin. Great part of it all is that it is affordable and it works!!! :)
