Ingredients: Alaska Pink Salmon and salt......that's it. 235 mg OMEGA-per serving. 3 servings per can..wow. If you are looking to eat healthy and don't have the time to grill or poach a salmon, let alone buy a wild caught product of Alaska...this is all you! Open the can, drain, flake over a salad. Oil and Vinegar, salt and pepper (yes salt believe it or not..) and what a great meal. If you can eat tuna from a can, there is no reason to avoid this. Never tried cooking it, I never saw a reason but may try salmon burgers. Triple thumbs up!
