I compared the vitamin values on several prenatal vitamins, and this matches up. In the two-pack it has DHA and folic acid included for the baby's fat and brain. It also has iron (which is excluded in several prenatal vitamins - especially the gummy ones). This was my vitamin of choice and it worked out for me. I still took it postpartum for breastfeeding too. Like any vitamin, never take it on an empty stomach or you will be nauseous.
