I have been an avid user of Olay products since I was 16 years old and this site should have been around a long time ago. I love all of their products, as I get compliments on my skin all the time and I happily blame Olay for it. I do run into issues when trying to find the best products for my 55 year old skin as it is somewhat more difficult now than when I was younger. Ease of Use The site is very easy to use, very easy to navigate the site and find just what you are looking for. Product Selection They offer a wide variety of options that are suitable for anyone. I love that their products do exactly what they advertise it will do for the skin. Product Pricing They show you the pricing options for products on the site and direct you as to where you can purchase their products. Customer Service The customer service department is excellent and very easy to work with, when you have a question or concern about a product. Shipping and Returns That is not applicable to the site.

I am now 34 years old and my skin's needs have obviously changed, but I wasn't quite sure how to change up my skin care products that I use. Olay has really put time and effort into making the website easy to use and to point you in the right direction when it comes to your skin's needs. When you go on the website you get to take a free consultation which will then give you the results, based on your answers, of which products are best for you skin type. I have to admit that the results I received were accurate and very helpful. I was using all the wrong products for my skin and when I switched to the products that were recommended I could tell a difference in my skin's overall condition in less than a month. The consultation is free so it's crazy not to answer the questions and get recommendations on the right products to use.

This is the absolute best website for anti aging products.It has been a miracle for me to find it.The quiz they give you when you first come is really great.It helped me to find what I needed by telling exactly about my skin care problems and experiences.The skin care regimen I was assigned by the quiz has made dramatic improvements on my skin.The reviews for each product really helps me to see what I should order even more.It tells you the skin type,the age,and gender of the reviewer.I like finding reviews for people closest to me for a product I am interested in and it helps me make my decision.The one thing I don't like about this website is that you can't just purchase them right at the website.It's a real disappointment.The website is otherwise empty besides the quiz.I wish they would offer more like better customer support and expand the product descriptions.

It is like having your own personalized beauty specialist. Their website is simple to use and gives very personalized results as per your concerns/feedback. I just put in my answers to all their questions like my beauty concerns, my skin tone, my age, my attitude towards skin care, what I would like to change, how much time I'd like to spend on my beauty regime and other factors. And that;s it! They gave me a list of products that would best suit my skin care needs. This is a site from Olay cosmetics that is interective . You are asked questions about your age , skin type , specific areas of concern such as wrinkles,crow's feet , dry ski, etc. After answering all the questions, you will receive a personalized skin regimen of results that will be best for you , based upon the answers you provided . This is a somewhat helpful site , as there are SO many beauty products out there , all claiming to be the "miracle in a jar " when it comes to reversing or stopping the aging process. Of course, there is no such "miracle " that exists . The only problem with this site is that all the products that are recommended in your personalized beauty routine , are , obviously, Olay products which is a no-brainer . Olay makes a pretty good beauty line for skin care - their Oil of Olay was renowned in the 50's and used by millions of women with flawless skin so they are definitely one of the top names in skin care . If you are interested primarily in choosing Olay products only , then this is a great site .Just realize that it has its limitations and is only one line of products - Olay .

If you are anything like me, the thought of trying to pick from the many face washes, creams, moisturizers, etc...seems very daunting! I can go to the store and look at the stuff for hours and still have no clue as to what's best for my skin type or age. **Olay just made it easier!** It's so simple to use and the results they give you do seem like they actually paid attention to what you were saying. I'm a laid back person that doesn't like to spend too much time on myself, my facial routine is very simple. But because I had no clue as to what I was doing at the store when making the *very important* decision of what to buy...I was making the wrong choices and it was obvious! Now that I have a specific routine that tells me what to use and when to use it I don't feel so clueless and my skin is looking great!
