Makeup cleanser that work as well as this one are hard to come by. This moisturizer makeup remover has replaced my night routine of many other product because it literally is all of them rolled into one product. Its works for my dry skin so I don't need a moisturizer. It works to pull out the makeup deep in my pores so I don't need a remover. It works to help with acne so I don't need a face cleanser. Its awesome and it even helps with my eczema because it doesn't need soap or water. Changed my life and I love it.

I enjoy using Albolene for a few different reasons. My boyfriend actually introduced this product to me, he is an MMA fighter and uses it to cut weight! Effectiveness When using this to remove makeup and clean your face this product is wonderful. Make up easily slides away with a tissue and dirt and other impurities are removed. It leaves skin feeling extra soft. When using this product for losing water weight, this works like a charm. It opens pores ad allows sweat to freely flow. When you need to cut weight for an MMA, boxing, jujitsu, Muay Thai, or kick boxing match I highly recommend using Albolene. Ease of Application Extremely easy to apply whether it be to your face for removing makeup and cleaning, or applying to your body to assist in a weight cut. Scent I think this product is great unscented. Not sure if I would enjoy is scent to this.

I am a sufferer of a variety of dry skin problems, including eczema, atopic dermatitis, and keratosis polaris. Although this product is advertised as a moisturizing cleanser that will remove makeup without drying out your skin, I am going to review it both as a makeup remover and as a treatment for dry skin. As a makeup remover, I can say, without a moment's hesitation, that there is nothing like it on the market. My friend is training to be a movie makeup artist, and I have been subjected to multiple layers of thick makeup being slathered on my face. Without fail, Albolene cream has been able to take every inch of makeup off in two applications. It seems to dissolve the makeup away like magic. As a moisturizer, I have found it to be the most effective treatment for my skin problems. It is fragrance free and oil based, which means it is non-irritating and continues to provide moisture for long periods of time. My skin--which is untreated becomes flaky, red, and inflamed--is baby smooth from just a once-a-day application. I swear by this product as both a moisturizer and a makeup remover. It is truly a hidden gem. Ease of Application You will get oil all over your hands and they may remain greasy unless wiped.

I love Albolene cleanser. I mainly use this product to take my makeup off rather than as an actual cleanser. I have extremely sensitive skin and many facial products I can't use because they are too harsh on my face. Often times (even if the product is designed for sensitive skin) I either break out into a rash or my skin turns red and dry. Albolene is super soft and great for my skin type. My skin is dry, so it has a good effect of moisturizing as well because it is so thick. When I use Albolene, makeup tends to come off ease. This is the only remover where I feel like I don't have to scrub the skin off of my face just to get my eye liner and mascara etc. to come off. The only downfall of this product would be that it occasionally is a bit TOO greasy. As I said before, I don't mind this much because I have very dry skin, but if you are prone to oily skin this may be an issue. It helps retain moisture and softness, but because it is so thick (almost like a Vaseline), be careful about it leaving your skin feeling greasy. Scent Non-scented

Albolene makeup remover seems to be an old school makeup remover and it seems it's stuck around for a reason.  I've tried a lot of makeup removers, cloths, liquids, cleansers.  It seems like you use a ton and still are left with a lot of residual makeup on your face.  Now Albolene isn't perfect, it will still leave a little mascara on your eyelashes, but it works a lot better than the much more expensive makeup removers. It's cheaper, more effective, and doesn't have the sickly smell that a lot of makeup removers have.  I have a Jane Iredale "magic mitt" that gets most of my foundation off, no problem (it also rinses clean which is great and seems less wasteful than 80 cotton pads in the trash) but the mitt isn't great with eye makeup.  That's where Albolene comes in, I rub a little on my eyes and then use a baby wipe or tissue (usually wet, the dry tissue on albolene is a little harsh) and most of the eyemakeup comes off.  Now I have acne prone skin, so I don't really use albolene on any other part of my face, plus I don't like wasting paper products.  But it does work well stubborn eyemakeup (or stage makeup.)

 I have been using Albolene Moisturizing Cleanser for many years. I am very often complimented about not having many wrinkles on my face at my age. I use the Albolene cleanser every night to remove my makeup. I just smooth it on and wipe off with tissue. I keep an old bath cloth handy to dry wipe my face after I use the tissue. I have always been prone to oily skin and the product does not cause my skin to be oily. It comes in a large 12 oz container and it last me a very long time. The only thing I can say bad about the cleanser is that when you get to the bottom of the container it seems to hold some oil in it and I know it is time to throw away that container and start another. I love this product
