Easiest way to remove waterproof makeup!

5

MAC cleanse off oil is by far the BEST and easiest waterproof makeup remover on the market.  I only wear waterproof eyeliner and mascara, and nothing I have found compares to this product.  The fact that it is easy to use is an extra bonus!  You don't even need to use cotton balls or pads, which makes this product more environmentally friendly than others.  I pump one pump of product into my hands and then massage it on my eyes.  You can feel the waterproof mascara breaking up as you massage.  You don't have to rub very hard, either, which is good because the eye area is so delicate.  Once you feel that the mascara is gone, rinse the oil off with plain water.  It rinses off clean, with no oily residue!  I do this before I use cleansing foam to wash the rest of my face.  I try to have as few steps as possible in my beauty/cleansing routine, and this product fits perfectly into my routine.  MAC cleanse off oil is one of my top favorite products.  I highly recommend it to anyone who wears waterproof makeup!

Dissolves All Make-Up/Waterproof Mascara/ Clean Rinsing

I was introduced to **MAC Cleanse Off Oi**l by accident. I had been using my hand to test every highly-pigmented lipstick, eyeshadow, and lipliner in the MAC store. While walking around with my multi-colored hand, I saw this MAC Cleanse Off Oil displayed on the counter. I saturated a cotton bowl, and applied it to my hand. Within seconds, every bit of make-up was removed. I was impressed. It also removed those highly-pigmented MAC Retro Matte lipstick smears immediately, and the eyeshadows and eyeliners, in a flash! Still, I wasn't about to buy it if it wouldn't pass the Waterproof Mascara removal test. I was told that it **removed all pesky, waterproof formulations** just as quickly, and I was also given a sample to test at home, before making my purchase. I don't regularly use waterproof mascaras, but, it's nice to know that I can remove them with this product, too. So, sample in hand, I anxiously couldn't wait to use this MAC Cleanse Off Oil. Well, it worked perfectly on waterproof mascara, and I went back to the store to purchase a bottle of their Cleanse Off Oil. I bought the 5.0 fl. oz. bottle with a gift card, and was told that it would last a pretty long time. **How to use**: **MAC's Cleanse Off Oil** comes in a clear plastic bottle with a pump applicator. While this feature is quick and easy to use, you still must be careful when you use it. Too vigorous a "pump' will squirt out a lot more product out, than you actually need. The oil is kind of runny. When you pump it out, it's better to pump it into your palm, before using it on your face. After doing this, I just spread  the Cleanse Off Oil on my eyes first, lightly working it in, with eyes closed. (I used my fingers to apply the oil, but, you can use a cotton ball). It starts **breaking up the mascara immediately**. I then spread it all over my face with a light hand. When you add some water to your  face, the "Oil"** immediately emulsifies** into a thin **milky lotion** and completely **rinses away**. I did have temporary blurry eyes, but, that passed when the water hit the oil. **No oily feeling was left** on my skin, either. I found that feature pretty amazing about this Cleanse Off Oil. I must say that I did have a little oily residue around my lashes because I had used way too much product, initially. But, I recitified that with future use by using less oil. You'll have to  experiment to see what is the correct amount for your needs. Even thought the **MAC Cleanse Off Oil** contains the dreaded "Oil" word, I found it not greasy at all after it was rinsed off. It is botanically formulated with all sorts of fruit and plant oils that emulsify from **oil** to **milky lotion** to **complete removal**--in a **flash**. It's very gentle on your skin and pleasant smelling, too. It also contains **No Mineral Oi**l. **INGREDIENTS**: Cetyl Ethylhexanoate, European Olive Fruit Oil, PEG-20, Glyceryl, Triostearate, Squalene, Jojoba Seed Oil, Wheat Germ Oil, Rice Germ Oil, Vitamin E, Camomile Flower Oil, Bitter Orange Oil, Lavender Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Purified Water, Rose Canina Fruit Oil, Limonene Even though this MAC Cleanse Off Oil contains many fruit oils, I find it not greasy at all. It **quickly emulsifies from oil, to milky liquid**, as you **add wate**r to your face. It **rinses off clean** and completely. It's a pretty cool technology at work with this cleanser. It can be used for all skin types, too. I experienced no skin irritation or break-outs while using this product. **MY OPINION:** **MAC Cleanse Off Oil** is  a well-performing product. It rinses off with no residual oily feeling, and is also gentle on your skin. Plus, there are no mineral oils in it, either. I'm also impressed with how this oil-based product uses a technology that completely changes its cleansing formulation from oil, to lotion, to clean skin in minutes.
