I have pretty sensitive skin and have had to go through a TON of different kinds and brands of face wash and products. This being said I have tried ordering from just about every website, and My Lovely Skin has the best selection and best customer service of all the websites I have bought from. When I first started ordering from them, I was a little lost on what to order. That's when I took a chance and called the customer service line. They were super helpful. Ease of Use The website is super easy to use. I have never had any problems with navigating it or with ordering. Product Selection Best product selection of face soaps for different types of skin . Product Pricing A little pricey but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and pay more for a better product. Customer Service They have some of the sweetest customer service reps around. Shipping and Returns Each order has been shipped quickly and packaged perfectly. That's part of why I am so keen to pay a little more to order from this company.

I love the brands they offer here.The products have the best proven ingredients for skin care.The range of products to accommodate to various skin types and tones is very impressive.The skin care profile aids me in choosing from their really humongous selection of products.It can be confusing for me to decide which is best to treat my needs of anti aging and sensitive skin.The descriptions underneath the products are very thorough and usually answer all of my questions without me having to contact customer service.The ingredients for every item is listed.The full ingredients list that is.In my opinion the full ingredients list is a necessity when shopping for skin care.That is the most efficient way of finding out how it will work on your skin type.The best thing about the website are the deals they have.They are usually site wide and like 30% off.That saves me a lot of money and keeps me coming back.

Make certain that the products you purchase from LovelySkin.com is something you really want. Their website advertisement states "hassle free returns" and "price matching". NOT TRUE! I asked for a price match two weeks after my purchase since it was half the price @Beauty.com. Request was denied, no reason given. Since my price match was denied and I had not yet used the product, I decided to return it. I then received a string of nasty e-mails from one of their customer service reps informing me that I must also return the free samples that came w/my order and if I didn't, I would be charged $4.00 for each of them (samples are the size of those in magazine inserts). I ended up having to keep my purchase because I had used 2 of the samples and it was not worth sending back. In short, LovelySkin.com WILL do anything to make sure you will not return your purchase and they WILL NOT price match. Do not buy from LovelySkin.com. There are other honest beauty websites out there.

I used to buy Obagi from Lovelyskin and I have been a good customer. Be ware if you buy anything that is the slightest on sale and you have a reaction ( acne, reddness etc. ) they don't care nor will they allow you to send it back. Do yourself a favor buy from somewhere else. I have since changed to Dermstore where the staff is friendly and knowlegeable and their return policy is easy and pleasant. Lovley skin cares about your money not your satsifaction.

**To the Point**The first time I bought my Obagi products (reviewed) I got them from a medical aesthetician. The second time I bought them through LovelySkin.com and got some free samples that my daughter really likes. The third time I priced compared that site with www.skincare-md.com and found them comparable but skincare-md gave a nice case for all the products so I went with them. It was time to buy more and I chose LovelySkin.com just to get the samples! **A Closer View** LovelySkin.com is a very easy to use site. You'll find new products, hot products, doctor recommended products and recently reviewed products. LovelySkin sells a whole host of brand names which are listed in alphabetical order. You'll find Actifirm, Allerderm, AlphaDerme CE, Amino Genesis to MD Forte, MD Skincare, Murad to Zia. Each product is described and directions and ingredients are given. There is a retail price and a suggested price. For example one of my Obagi products is the C-Clarifying Serum. The retail price is $99.00 and the price on this site is $89.10. You may think that these are random numbers which I've seen on sites but in fact the higher price is what I paid from the medical aesthetician. The site is really easy to navigate. I gave them my credit card information and checked to see how long it would take to get to my house. I wasn't home so I didn't want it sitting outside. I figured there was little chance of that since anything coming quickly is not necessarily the norm. Well it wasn't sitting outside but I got it the day after I got home. It took about 4 days for my cleansing cream to arrive. Note: On the website we are told that there is a $6.95 shipping charge for orders under $200. I don't know whether it was an oversight or the fact that I have bought more than $200 worth of items in the past and at one time that gave me free shipping. I did not pay for shipping! My product did arrive with a sample and a letter from the Director of Product Sales thanking me for my order with Cathy's e-mail address and phone number if I have any questions. **Jo's Viewpoint** **I like it!**
