I am absolutely outraged at the quality of Jenn Air's appliances and customer service. I own 5 Jenn Air appliances and two of them keep breaking down. This will be the FOURTH time the electronic pad on my stove needs to be replaced. I keep having to pay servicemen to come out and replace it. I also have the same problem with my dishwasher. It has only been 6 months since the last time I had to have it replaced. I should not have to keep paying for their shortcomings. They will not waive any of the fees so I have no choice but to warn others of their horrible products and unjust methods.
