Overall a good quality brand, just a bit hard on sensitive stomach Puppies. Variety of sizes to meet your needs, I have had good success with my Sheltie and Golden Ret. I usually take some on the road trips as well, cant always grab it at the general store.

I have a small 11 pound dog named Ozzy.  He is a Shih-poo.  He has a very small mouth, so it was very difficult to find dog food with small morsels that he liked.  I found Innova small bites when he was still a puppy at a local pet store.  It is a holistic dog food that he really likes, and it does not have all the extra processed stuff found in most commercial dog foods.  The dog food comes from fresh ingredients that are minimally processed.  It comes in three sizes.  I usually get the smallest bag because it usually lasts a month for me.  It is somewhat more expensive, but worth the extra money.  They have it for all stages of a dogs life, from puppy to senior.  Every once in a great while it does go on sale, then I get the bigger bag.  The way it is packaged seems to help it maintain freshness, as long as you keep it tightly closed.  A balanced diet, like the one that Innova has helps keep your dog's skin healthy as well.

I love my rescued Greyhound like I never loved a dog before!  So I have taken the time to learn as much as I can about the biological make up of the breed and their unique requirements.  It seems these dogs live to run which they do whenever they can even though they are retired from professional raceing.  I am told my wonderful dog ran forty-six miles per hour on her best day!  Well now she is nine years old and sleeps most of the time, but when given the chance she still will run like the wind and she seems to love it!  So I know she still needs high quality, high protein food and after a lot of research I decided to try Innova's Red Meat.  It costs more than the grocery store brands but it is worth it!  My dog's coat shines and the dandruff she had is gone.  The food is so satisifying to her that she actually eats less which makes the price OK.  Her digestion system is much better on this food and she has not had one problem in the two years I have been using it.  I highly recommend Red Meat for your dog.

Like many pugs, my 3 year old pug is an extremely picky eater.  But for the past year he has been happy with Innova brand dog food, specifically their Red Meat Small Bites dry food.  We are now frequent purchasers of this product, and I recommend it to other dog owners.  Sometimes we add a little treat on top to give our dog some variety, but for the most part he gobbles up all his Innova food.  One thing I recommend about Innova is that they have various flavors and sizes of their foods available.  For example they have Small Bites or Large Bites that you can choose depending on the size of your dog.  There are also versions for Senior dogs, Puppies, dieting dogs (Low Fat version), and Large Breeds.  Innova includes foods from the five food groups in their food mixture, so that there are meats, dairy, vegetables, fruits, and grains to keep your dog healthy.  They describe their product as "holistic" pet food, their product is all-natural, and it is available at some natural pet food stores such as http://www.naturapet.com.   Buy Innova and watch your dog enjoy!

We bought our baby yellow lab from a kennel who fed her babies Innova Large Breed Puppy food. Cody loves it. It is more costly than other pet foods but I see great results from the food. His eyes are bright and his coat is rich and thick and shiny. The food is hard to find only Pet Supplies Plus carries it in our area but it is worth going out of my way to ensure my puppies happiness and growth. This is a very clean smelling food.

   Innova pet foods are some of the best i have ever seen. There food covers from dogs and cats to ferrets. Innova has a variety of blends for your animals ranging from meat and vegetables to all meat foods. They come in all life stages, puppy, light, senior, large breed etc. The Innova Evo is the all meat dry kibble food and for extremely active, pregnant or older animals. (please check with your vet first before giving high protein diet it may cause problems.) My Shih Tzu was having difficulties due to pregnancy and had a protein and calcium deficiency, i went out and bought the Evo specifically for her for the amount of protein it offers compared to other brands of puppy food which is normally recommended during pregnancy. Innova Evo is also available for ferrets and other small animals that require an all meat diet. Ferrets specifically lack the digestive track to process vegetable matter and a lot of grains and if fed too much of these could lead to surgery (possibly death if not caught in time) of your little carpet  shark. With Innova Evo they get the protein they need in a balanced diet and which can be very hard to find depending on where you live. If you want the best for your pet please give this food a try, and ask your pet store about a frequent buyer program. ( remember to follow the package instructions when changing your animals food or it could cause a smelly upset stomach that neither of you will like.)
